IF CONDOM IS BEING USED BY MALE PARTNER THEN IT REDUCES THE CHANCES TO BEING INFECTED FROM STD'S TO ALMOST ZERO. IF THE CONDOM HAS NOT GOT ANY RUPTURE AND WORKED WELL TILL THE END. SO NOTHING TO FEAR . WISH YOU ALL THE BEST.

Hello I am planning to conceive after two abortions. Every thing is normal now but I am thyroid patient & having thyr...
Please do a thyroid function test before you are planning to conceive to check that you are taking the right dose of thyroxine. Also based on your height your bmi is 32. Ideally it should be less than 25 but more than 18. Therefore I would advice you to reduce atleat 7-8 kgs by a combination of diet and exercise before you plan for a pregnancy. High body weight can lead to problems like diabetes, pre-eclampsia and poor wound healing in pregnancy and also increases risks of clot forming in legs.

Condition is called dysmenorrhea. Menstrual cramps are due to a hormone-like substance called prostaglandin that causes the uterine muscles to contract during menstruation. 1. Heat applying heat on the lower abdomen is the easiest way to control menstrual cramps. Heat helps relax the contracting muscles in the uterus. Place a heating pad over the lower part of your abdomen and lower back. You can even use a regular plastic bottle filled with hot water. Apply the heat until you feel more comfortable. Alternatively, soak a towel in water, wring out the excess water and then heat it in the microwave for one minute. Place it on the lower abdomen until the towel cools. Repeat every few minutes until the pain is gone. Even taking a hot shower may relieve pain and make you feel more relaxed. 2. Ginger ginger is a wonder herb that can effectively ease menstrual cramps. This herb plays a key role in lowering the levels of the pain-causing prostaglandins. It also helps fight fatigue associated with premenstrual syndrome and can make irregular periods regular. Grate a small piece of ginger and boil it in a cup of water for five minutes. Strain it and add a little honey and lemon juice. Drink this tea three times a day during your menstrual cycle. You can also add ginger in your food while cooking or suck on some ginger candies. If still your problem persists consult your nearest doctor. Consult me online on video consult.

What is period time?

BHMS
Homeopath,
What is period time?
Hello, Menstruation is what most people call having your period. During menstruation, the lining of the uterus flows out through your vagina. Menstruation usually happens each month, and lasts from 3 to 7 days. Most young women have their first menstruation when they're between 9 and 16 years old. The menstrual cycle is the time from the first day of one period to the first day of the next. A normal menstrual cycle can be as short as 21 days or longer than 35 days. For most women, the menstrual cycle lasts 25-30 days. But it's not unusual for the number of days in each cycle to vary from month to month.

Dear lybrate-user, namaskar, most of the times the cause of such pain is simple. Calcium and iron deficiency and the awkward postures adopted by a young nursing mother. Give her ca + vit. D3 and fe tonics, high protein diet and consult a physiotherapist for posture and exercises of the lower limbs and back. She will settle soon. Take care.

Sir, My wife is 9 month pregnancy but child developed both renal pelvic cavity dilatation any effects after delivery.
Hello, if the dilatation is below 10mm then its still safe as long as hydronephrosis and back pressure changes don't occur else early delivery and paediatric surgery after delivery would have to be scheduled.

I am married women in 6 month .but I am not pregnant pls answer me what to do for conceiving ?

I am married women in 6 month .but I am not pregnant pls answer me what to do for conceiving ?
Pregnancy for any woman is possible only on one day of cycle, when she has ovulation. Means if you have never used any family planning method you tried only 6 times. That is short time given to nature. Better to wait for at least 1 year preferably 2 years for nature. Any time you loose patience you have to meet gynecologist or infertility specialist.
