This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear mcr chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back.

Dear lybrate user, pain could be because of: * poor circulation * weak musculature * deficiency of essential minerals * growing pain. Best to see doctor for proper diagnosis followed by treatment.

Start taking mahasudarshan kwath 15 ml twice a day after food with water. take light food only when hungry. Drink water boiled with adrak & dhaniya. This will digest the toxins and fever will be gone in no time.

Sometime I have too much pain in leg but only in one leg. Please give me solution.
Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

My parent both the knees have been outwear and suggested to replace but there is no pain in knees. Only problem is that during the walking some time not feel comfortable. Whether Knee Brace can be used during walking? Further, if Knee brace would be used then it may arise other complexity i.e. Further outwear or pain etc. Patent age is 63 years.

If there is no pain then why go for surgery. Start strengthening exercises for knee. If they are wearing knee braces according to their deformity then there is less problem in future.

May be you lift heavy weight then your shoulder can lift. Increase your weight gradually with variety of exercises. Do exercises with medium weight followed by hold them for few min. In which muscle is loaded. Then increase your weight.

good evening my Lybrate user, u do some exercise. walk one hour daily. Take water minimum 3-4 ltrs per day. Take a medicine Rhus Tox -200/8 doses twice daily in empty stomach. One dose means If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills. If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly. Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

you are too young to face this problem however any untreated, unrecovered fracture sites always leads to problems in the future when we live day to day life activities. If the old fracture sites are not properly healed then we can keep ice to heal that particular injured bone which will definitely heal to greater extent. If the fracture is not properly healed then automatically there might be lack of blood circulation to that particular area which will definitely lead to pain in the hip. When we sit hip is completely flexed ( ie. bend in the hip joint) so it automatically takes entire weight on the buttoks and there is one part of the pelvic bone called as ischium which takes the entire body weight if there is any problem in that area it will definitely leads to pain in the hip. You can also do one time hot water fermentation will help to increase the blood circulation and MCR chappals can be used to feel relaxed when you walk or stand as the body weight will get distributed evenly and it will cause less impact ie. less weight on the hip joint. cushion pillow (also called as doughnut pillow) where in the buttock's weight will not fall exactly on the painful tail bone and that would automatically reduce the pain. Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Management: -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.
