A Braces treatment is the best way to correct any misalignment of teeth. It gives a good functionality as well as helps gain confidence of a straight teeth smile. Since you have not mentioned age of your nephew I suggest you go into a good dental Practice with your nephew and get a consultation about orthodontic correction of teeth.

First of all bad breath may be due to acidity / constipation. So for your problem a lft blood test must be performed, start daily walk esp at night after dinner, do not take onion at all, take aanwla churna with cocconut water two times a day after meals, take one chapati less at night, take smaal meals, add salad to your diet, relieve constipation at all, your problems will be solved, otherwise some medicines can be prescribed to you after you consultation.

Eating a piece of cheese after a meal helps in pulling away some of the plaque and leftover tiny food particles from meals. And since it contains calcium, it adds to the health of teeth and bones as well.

Flossing once a day is recommended as it quickly takes care of any food particles that may be lodged in your teeth and prevent tooth decay.

Here are some tips to help you look after your teeth.

1.Brush at least twice a day. The best time to brush teeth is after meals. Choose a toothbrush with a small head for better access to back teeth. Soft bristles are kinder on your gums.

2.Use fluoridated toothpaste. Fluoride helps to harden tooth enamel and reduces your risk of decay.

3.Brush thoroughly. Tooth brushing should take between two and three minutes.

4.Floss your teeth daily. Use a slow and gentle sawing motion.

5.Limit acidic drinks like soft drinks, cordials and fruit juices. Food acids soften tooth material and dissolve the minerals in tooth enamel, causing holes (cavities or caries). In severe cases, teeth may be ‘eaten’ right down to the gum.

6.Limit sugary foods. Bacteria in dental plaque change sugars into acids.

7.Protect your teeth from injury. Wear a mouthguard or full-face helmet when playing sports.

8.Try to save a knocked out tooth. If possible, hold the tooth back in place while you seek immediate dental advice. If this is not possible, wrap the tooth in plastic or place it in milk and seek dental advice immediately.

9.Avoid using your teeth for anything other than chewing food. If you use them to crack nuts, remove bottle tops or rip open packaging, you risk chipping or even breaking your teeth.

10.See your dentist for regular check-ups. You should also visit your dentist if you have a dental problem such as a toothache or bleeding gums.

I am 18 years old and I was suffering from teeth ache for last two months and I take medicine but it does not relief me what I have to do to got relief from the pain.

I am 18 years old and I was suffering from teeth ache for last two months and I take medicine but it does not relief ...
The type of treatment you have for toothache /sensitivity/swelling will depend on the cause of the pain, so your dentist will examine your mouth and may carry out an X-ray to try to identify the problem. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling is caused by tooth decay, your dentist will remove the decayed area and replace it with a filling. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling is caused by a loose or broken filling, the filling will be taken out, any decay will be removed and a new filling put in place. •If the pulp inside your tooth is infected, you may need root canal treatment. This procedure involves removing the infected pulp and then inserting a special type of filling to seal the tooth and prevent re-infection. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling can't be treated using these methods, or if your tooth is impacted (wedged between another tooth and your jaw), it may need to be removed.
