Hello, you can increase your stamina Balanced diet is of utmost importance. Eat a diet full of protein, vitamins, iron, calcium, essential fats and fibre.- Don't skip meals; rather have 6 meals - three mains and three snacks. Include eggs (whites), lean meats, fish, green leafy veggies, milk, soy,fruits, cereals, nuts and seeds in your regular dietary intake.- Water, water, water. Have plenty of fluids throughout the day. Keep yourself well hydrated. Even while you are running keep sipping every 15 minutes.Eat properly before and after running.- Never run on an empty stomach.- Never eat heavily just before or after running. A banana and a granola bar with some seed mix will be apt 10 minutes before you start your run.- Wait for at least 25 minutes before you have a meal after your run.

it is very difficult calculation for calculation of safe period and it is not 100% full proof.because the ovulation takes place on 14 the day of period also it has to be regular period which is normally not constant.the self life of sperm seven days and ovum two to three days to get fertilised.

To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week, 3 times weight training and 3 days cardio vascular. 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

I want to know about hair fall and how to control it..??
Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hair growth and repair.

At your age there may be a lot of distractions going on that may be the cause of the problem. Even so there are some things to do that will alleviate the situation, if you followed them meticulously. If you are under some stress, there will be difficulty remembering. So if you handled stress better, you will certainly improve. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is rested well to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. So, catch a good 8 hours of sleep every night. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, do yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out, if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. You may also meet with a counselor to take care of the stress related emotions, and then you will fare better too.

1. Most important thing is take lots of rest as a routine part of your life. Sleep for atleast 8 hours 2. Limit your screen life. Take breaks while working on computer and wash eyes frequently with cold water. 3. Wash your face twice with a good cleanser like tea tree face wash and use soothing toner like rose water or tea tree after that. 4. Use Kojic Acid based cream below eyes for atleast 4 months.

Usually alfalfa tonic is used to increase appetite and for weakness. If it is added with ginseng it also provide strength. It could be taken by any one who wants to gain body mass or for strength but it should be in right dose. One teaspoonful before meal is taken twice or thrice daily. Calcarea phos in 6x power provide calcium supplement to body. It should be taken as 4 tablet 4 times daily. If you want to take calcarea phos in 200 power take it under supervision of homeopathic doctor.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello, for blackhead removal take 2tsf of baking soda & 2tsf of water make paste apply on blackheads rub slightly keep it for some time then wash with water it will help you use this twice a week.
