These are the methods to treat pimples - •Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTSHODHAK syrup of BAIDYANATH company once a day after meals

I am getting very angry on even small things happening around. I want to manage my anger and stress. Can someone please help me with these issues?

The way to manage anger is to express it all the time and every time. The only problem is that you must express it appropriately. None of the feelings are to be controlled. The way you express them is the issue. Now anger is pure energy and people mistakenly think that they must express anger violently, or aggressively, or they can damage something, or throw a fit, or kill, or hurt, or withdraw, etc. These expressions can be followed, if they are appropriate to the situation. You can instead simply talk about the feeling, write about it and share it with someone who understands, scream and shout in a situation which warrants it and so on. When the expression is most suitable, the repercussions are minimized and the other person tends to understand and is willing to apologize and sort out the matter. Many of us are inclined to worry about the consequences of expressing anger and use fear to suppress the legitimate expression. You can exorcise your anger out of your system by exercising, but it is the energy that is expended not the feeling. Unexpressed feelings will hurt you back by clinging on to a favorite organ and troubling it enough to cause it to malfunction or lead to its total dysfunction. You can also hand over the feeling to God, if you are a spiritual person, and very effectively too. Now, it is also wise to find out why you get angry: is it too fast, is it too high, or is it without provocation? These will help you to determine whether it is worth getting angry at all, in some instances. These can be discussed with a counselor, in case you are still having problems.

The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

Avoid eating protein rich foods like beans, Chana, lentils, and milk products like cheese, butter etc. You should take a medicine named febuxostat for next 15 days and then it will be fine. Once the levels of uric acid gets normal then you can eat everything.

Increased uric acid level causes Gout. There are many drugs available in market which reduce the uric acid level in blood. HOW TO MAKE ALKALINE WATER AND NORMALIZE YOUR BODY’S PH!

Water is the most valuable resource in the world. After all this years we begin to understand that. About 70 percent of the human body and brain are made up from water.

Water is so vital to our survival in every sense of the word.

Alkaline water has the biggest level of hydration and is a excellent source of minerals vital to our body.

Because of our today’s ways of nutrition which is mainly consisted of processed food that includes salt, sugar, caffeine and alcohol – the most common form of pH imbalance is excess acidity.

This is what you need:

2 Ltr water, clean filtered water (if only tap water is available, than use that one)
1 organic lemon, washed, cut into eights
1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt

Preparation:

Fill the jug, than add the lemon slices (do not squeeze them!) and then add 1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt in it and cover it. Let it stay overnight (8 to 12 hours) at room temperature.

Drink 3 glasses of water every morning when you wake up before you eat or drink anything else to achieve the best pH balance in your body.

Hey. It's very likely that you are having a very heavy meal or a meal after a long gap or a very oily spicy meal which is causing acidity. It's also possible you are getting distension due to poor eating habits, stress and lack of sleep. Try to manage a healthy diet and eat at the right times and sleep well.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine medorrhinum 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for a week and update. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Hello lybrate-user get your hormonal levels check. For your facial hair apply tugain solution 5% two times per day tab nutricap-h once a day after food if the penis is erect during masturbation then there is no issue at all. Just relax urself while you are with someone. Performance pressure might be affecting you during intimacy with someone. So dnt worry. Do daily exercise of 45 min in form of yoga mostly. Thanx.

Hello lybrate-user- weight loss can be easily achieved by following some ayurvedic rules- a) go to bed before 10 pm and wake up early morning if you want to study. B) avoid fast foods and foods which are processed in nature. C) practice kapalbhati pranayam in the morning. D) have foods which have more fibre content. E) take evening meals before 7 pm and try not to take milk while going to bed. F) drink water before meals as it will decrease your food urge and will reduce your weight.

I am 29 years old. My wight is 60 kg, 4 years completed to my marriage. I m going to take treatment form wadia since 1 year but still I m not conceiving. My periods are not coming monthly. I m hypothyroid patient, neomarcazole 5 mg tablet I take early morning daily. During 8 months ago I done cyst operation it is normal but still I m not conceiving. As you shared your detected thyroid issue n on those medicines gd, continue the same with that can you consider to have authentic ayurveda opinion beside u. Ayurveda college gynac dept it may be suggested to under go basti therapy (classically vaman first then) with diet specially before 8 days of menses, though your ovulation date is to be tracked by usg, your stress free routine matters a lot. So to drain lots of toxic n non-toxic emotions n doshas/malas in side u. Is needed, by authentic ayurveda detox, this can be done with respect to season you visit to ayurveda.
