Using teddy bar and ataglo lotion for 15 months old baby. But his neck is getting darker. What to use to lighten it.
It is possible that your baby is allergic to some component of the soap or lotion you are using. Another possibility is seborrheic / atopic dermatitis. Pl consult your local pediatrician who will advise you after evaluating the problem.

My son is 2 month old and his eye is Lil pink from 5 days and from birth dust and water keeps coming now and then.

ms ophthalmology
Ophthalmologist, Faridabad
My son is 2 month old and his eye is Lil pink from 5 days and from birth dust and water keeps coming now and then.
You must visit a good ophthalmologist in your vicinity. It can be due to nasolacrimal duct blockage.in this condition drainage of tears are blocked due to non maturation of this tract. And redness and discharge can be due to superinfection. So need to first fix a superinfection and then sac massage wud advised. But for that you need a eyesepecialist to assess your baby. Follow up query cn be done online.

Nail biting is a sort of stress releasing, habit disorder, not harmful. Slowly children can come out of that with proper advice.

My son Jeremy is 14 months old and his fontanelle has still not closed. What can I do? He has also not started to walk.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
My son Jeremy is 14 months old and his fontanelle has still not closed. What can I do? He has also not started to walk.
The Anterior fontanelle (AF) is simply an area on top of a baby’s head where the various bony plates that make up the skull have not yet come together. The fact that a newborn’s skull isn’t one solid bone at birth, but rather comprised of several bony plates is not just useful, but necessary, as it allows a newborn’s head to adjust enough in size to pass through the birth canal and then allow the skull to expand as babies’ brains grow considerably throughout the first year.------------AF is generally between 3 to 6 centimeters diameter during the first 6 months of life, and gradually gets smaller thereafter—closing some time between the ages of 10 and 25 months old. Any babies who are born prematurely, however, may have their anterior fontanelles close even later. -------So your question is of little concern right now and nothing to worry about-----------------------

His nasolacrimal duct may be blocked and you show him a ophthalmologist. YOu can also rub down the corner of eyes to open the lacrimal duct
