Potatoes are crammed with carbohydrates. All forms of this stuffy food have major impact on weight gain. You can grill or bake potatoes with butter. People who eat potato chips and French fries tend to gain weight faster. Make French fries using extra virgin oil, if you like them.  Moreover, you can also make a delicious potato salad. Peel and slice potato. Boil them and mix them with the high calorie ingredients like buttermilk, mayonnaise, and veggies.

1.In most of the cases the virus automatically gets cleared from the blood without any treatment and without affecting liver 2.In some patients the virus remains in the blood for long time and causes chronic Hepatitis B infection leading to liver damage by cirrhosis of liver/Carcinoma of Liver 3. Monitor your Hbs Ag and liver function test periodicaly. 4.if blood test continues to be positive for HbsAg and there is deteriorating function of liver,Patient has to be treated by Antiviral drug after consulting Hepatologist/Gastro enterologist 5. Take precaution like use of consom during sex 6. Consult Gastro enterologist/Hepatologist for advice and treatment

If its B virus then also you can breastfeed since child must be vaccinated against that virus by now. So don't worry and continue breastfeefing.

8 teeth are normal at this age. Decay can occur due to bottle feeding. If so you must stop it. Show to a pedodontist for early intervention.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Surgical procedures are performed depending upon the extent and percentage of artery blocked. It includes ecg, echocardiography, stress test coronary angiography and cardiac cathetarization. Get investigated for the same and treatment will be based o results. I am 56 years old male undergone Angioplasty five years back due to severe attack and was put two stents. I was alright for first 15 days and thetesfter, I have been suffering from pain at my chest continuously. at times, pain is like pinching, sometimes stabbing like and sometimes hammering like. I am not able express the exact nature of pain and particular point. I have undergone many tests viz, ECG, Echo, Xray, TMT etc. Several times with famous Csrfiologists, reports are negative. But pain still persists 24/7 through the yesr. Doctors have prescribed many medicines to get rid off the pain like Zerodol, Dulane, Xykaa, Amunarite, but in vain. Further, I have been taking clopitorva 20 mg a tablet each every dsy snce Angioplasty as prescribed by Doctors. During April end this year, to clear the doubt, Doctor suggested to undergo Angiography test which I underwent in very famous KLE Hospital, Belgaum (I reside in the same city in Karnataka) and report is normal. L. Further, I approached Apollo Hospital at Bangalore last month and they have suggested various blood tests like Vitamin. D, calcium etc. But all the tests are within normal. When all the test reports are normal, why the pan remains that too intolerable. I am living in fear day in and day out. I am totally frustrated due to unexplsinale, intolerable pain. I walk around half an hour daily. I do not get good sleep, due to which I am developing weakness. I am vegetarian and take good diet. My BP is normal and am not diabetic. Please suggest proper solution.
