Hello some tips to lose weight are 1.1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 3. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non-vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 4. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 5. Infections in the mouth, such as dental caries (tooth decay), periodontal (gum) disease or mouth sores related to other conditions may contribute to bad breath. Persistent bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth may be a warning sign of gum (periodontal) disease. Gum disease is caused by the buildup of plaque on teeth. Dry mouth also can cause bad breath. Smoking or chewing tobacco-based products also can cause bad breath, You may need deep cleaning & fill tooth cavities with artificial enamel filling. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then.

I am male 24 years old. I live near sea coast, so water available might contain more salts. I am facing dandruff problem. I am having lot of dandruff. Sometimes on top of my eyebrow dandruff appears. The regular usage of the shampoos can’t clear the dandruff completely. They just washed the dandruff after 4-5 days dandruff is coming back. There are medicated shampoos in the market to treat the dandruff. Use the homoepathic shampoo and oil along with homoepathic treatment to treat the dandruff. Massage 2 tablespoons of lemon juice into your scalp and let it sit for a minute. Mix 1 teaspoon of lemon juice into 1 cup of water and rinse your hair with it. Repeat daily until no longer needed. While excess oil can be a root cause of dandruff, homoepathic arnica oil can still be helpful in keeping it under control. All time best home remedy to remove dandruff quickly and effectively with fenugreek seeds. Soak 2 tsp of fenugreek (methi) seeds in water overnight. Grind methi seeds into a fine paste the next morning. Apply this paste on the scalp, leave for half an hour and wash off. You can add the lemon juice or curd to the fenugreek paste also. Do not throw the water in which fenugreek seeds were soaked. Use this water as an after-shower hair tonic or last rinse. Follow the regime once in a week. Aloe Vera is a wonderful plant that is available right at your kitchen garden. You have to pluck a leaf, cut it from the middle and extract the gel from there. Apply Aloe vera gel to your scalp and hair before hair wash. It is very effective in treating dandruff & itchy oily scalp. You can also get a soothing touch over your scalp along with eradication of dandruff. Use 2-4 days old curd to do this. All you need to do is apply this curd on to your scalp and hair. Wash off after 20 minutes.

Consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! • Eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. • Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in dairy (yogurt and milk), helps promote healthy bones. • Get enough zinc. Studies, although they have been inconclusive so far, point to a possible link between zinc deficiencies and stunted growth in boys. Good sources of zinc include oysters, wheat germ, pumpkin and squash seeds, lamb, peanuts, and crab. • Get enough vitamin D. Vitamin D promotes bone and muscle growth in children and a deficiency has been shown to stunt growth and cause weight gain in teenage girls. Vitamin D can be found in fish, alfalfa, or mushrooms commonly. Exercise throughout the teen years and in puberty to improve your height modestly. Do jumping exercises frequently, such as skipping, dancing and even hanging . Be active. Get out and about and work your muscles for at least 30 minutes each day. • Join a gym. Joining a gym will help give you access to a lot of great exercising and muscle-building machines. It will also keep you motivated to work out (you'll feel silly if you're not exercising in the gym). • Join a sports team. People who join sports teams can use their natural competitiveness to burn extra calories and hopefully get their bodies taller. The great thing about team sports is that half the time, you don't even realize that you're exercising. • If nothing else, walk around. If you can't find the time to do anything else, get up and walk around. Walk to the grocery store. Walk to the library. Walk to school.

Hello, 'Prevention is always better than Cure! Few lifestyle changes can help you in controlling and preventing the high blood pressure, even if you're taking blood pressure medication. Eat healthy foods. Consume more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, poultry, fish and low-fat dairy foods. Eat less saturated fat and trans fat. Decrease the salt in your diet. So, avoid eating processed foods, such as canned soups or frozen dinners which contains extra salt in it. Keeping a healthy weight, or losing weight if you're overweight or obese, can help you control your high blood pressure and lower your risk of related health problems. Increase physical activity which can help lowering your blood pressure, manage stress, reduce your risk of several health problems. Get indulged in regular exercising (if your doctor allows you). Limit alcohol. Even if you're healthy, alcohol can raise your blood pressure. If you choose to drink alcohol, do so in moderation. Don't smoke. Tobacco injures blood vessel walls and speeds up the process of hardening of the arteries. Reduce stress as much as possible. Practice healthy coping techniques, such as muscle relaxation, deep breathing or meditation. Getting regular physical activity and plenty of sleep can help, too. Monitor your blood pressure at home. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe’s Essentia Aurea/ thrice daily which is a cardio-tonic which helps in maintaining blood pressure, improves muscle tone of the heart and narrowing of blood vessels.

Do regular exercise, running,jogging, rope skipping, cycling ,yogasanas, take proper diet, milk ,calcium & protein rich food proper diet, healthy food, fresh fruits, dry fruits, proper rest, avoid overeating, late night work, oily,spicy, fast food, bakery food, outside food, overexertion,excessive tea, coffee,cold drinks, chilled water, foods kept in freidge. Menstrual Disorders in Young Women

Menstruation is a barometer of a women's health. Any changes in the menstrual pattern of a woman could be a harbinger of serious underlying disease and should not be overlooked. However adolescent girls are a special case where menstrual pattern is variable and much different from Adult women. It is very common for teenaged girls who have recently started menstruating to have irregular periods. This period pattern is wrongly classified as 'period problems". At the same time one needs to understand that some of the real problems like period pain in young girls are often overlooked as "normal" when they could be associated with serious medical disorders.

Although menstrual disorders are fairly common in most young women, it may have an underlying cause which can be indicative of a serious issue. Therefore, it is recommended for young women to consult a gynecologist if any difficulties arise.

Symptoms Of Menstrual Disorders (Severe)

  1. Excessive abdominal pain
  2. Excessive vaginal pain
  3. Missed / irregular periods
  4. Painful periods

The severe symptoms are usually accompanied by mild symptoms such as:

  1. Irritability
  2. Weight loss
  3. Vomiting
  4. Headaches/back pain
  5. Fatigue
  6. Insomnia
  7. Diarrhea

PCOS and Menstrual Disorders

Polycystic ovarian syndrome is a common reason for women to experience irregular menstrual periods. PCOS occurs when there is an excess of male hormones (androgens) in the body which hinder the production and release of eggs in the ovaries, resulting in menstruation problems. Symptoms of PCOS are acne, hair loss and weight gain. Women with PCOS are 80% more likely to suffer from fertility issues later in life. Along with that, PCOS can result in high cholesterol and high blood pressure. One serious concern for women with PCOS is resistance to insulin which leads to diabetes.

Diet and menstrual disorders

Poor diet can also lead to menstrual complications. An extremely high fiber diet can result in less frequent ovulations and therefore irregular periods. A diet which is too low in fats and fatty acid can also result in abnormal menstrual patterns.

Stress and PCOS

Young women are often prone to immense stress. Stress is one of the primary reasons for delayed periods. Stress can cause minor complications in the hypothalamus which may have consequences in the levels of hormones in the body.

The presence of ovarian cysts in the vagina may be a cause for irregular or painful periods. Endometriosis can cause heavy bleeding and extreme pain. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a gynaecologist.

In view of age, may try with sincerity and keep patience no non-veg even eggs also, no curd, bakery, banana, always take plain or warm water 1- while preparing roti add 10 ml castor oil in aata and prepare roti such roti is to be consumed daily one time in dinner 1- aampachak churna 5 gm with warm water twice daily 2-yograj guggul tablet 500 mg one tablet twice daily with n01 medicine 3- rasnasaptak or maharasnadi kwath 10 ml twice daily with water 4- myostaal or pyroflex liniment or maha vishgarbha oil anyone apply on painful joints with very gentle massage continue all for three months and report me.

Hello, 1. You can apply volini gel 1% local application twice a day for 3-5 days 2. Hot fomentation twice a day for 3 days I am giving to some common reasons for leg pain 1. Generalized weakness 2. Anaemia 3. Physical exertion and any trauma 4. Lack of protein in diet 5. Any infection present on leg or foot 6. Muscle weakness 7. Abrupt start/ stop of physical exercise 8. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Hello, The menses can be delayed by 7-10 days especially in cases of high stress during the cycle. So if pregnancy is ruled out, you can safely wait for 10 days to allow your menses to start naturally.
