I am suffering from fever from. Last four days, with cold and headache, their is pain in my knee also before the fever. So sir I request you to please give me some suggestion me to be I well, it is very complicated to walk, my knees from is from last fifteen days, because of falling from staircase. And after days I suffered from fever and then after cold and headache. I want to well as soon as possible, my exam is in my head. And I am unable to read something, because of headache, still I m not taken any medicine. So I request to tell me the solution.

Please take rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3-4 days. Also -- soak a washcloth in cool tap water, wring out the excess water and then sponge areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature. Also, you can place cold, damp washcloths on your forehead and the back of your neck. The cloth pieces should be changed regularly after a few minutes. This remedy is beneficial when dealing with a high fever as it helps keep temperature under control. You can also take a bath in lukewarm water to relax your body. Taking a shower, however, may not be a good idea. Plus, needless to say, take as much rest as possible as it helps the body fight the illness. Note: do not use very cold water as it may cause the internal body temperature to increase.

Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. ? 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Breakfast 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar and � cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Lunch cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and � cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. Evening Green tea Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. Dear lybrate user, *make a powdered preparation of equal quantities of the bark of three-leaved caper tree (varun), puncture pine (gokhru), thatch grass (kas) and horse gram (kulthi). Have 1 teaspoon of this powder 3-4 times a day with water. This is one of the best home remedies for kidney stones. *soak 2 teaspoon of radish seeds in a glass of water, boil and reduce it to half. Strain and drink 1/2 cup of it twice a day to assist in dissolving kidney stones. *take 60 grams of kidney beans. Crush these. Boil slowly for four hours in four litres of water. This liquid should be strained through fine muslin and then allowed to cool for about eight hours. Then, pour the liquid through another piece of muslin, without stirring. Drink this liquid once daily. *boil 10-12 basil leaves in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and take twice a day.

Dark spots are primarily caused by acne, blemishes and black heads. The percentage of dark spots increases as the exposure to the sun increases too. Since the rate of melanin would be decreases, it leads in turn to the darkening of the skin. So, apply sunscreen (Homoeopathic SUNCARE cream of BAKSON Company) , every time you go out and follow the recipes below in order to get relief from dark spots. Instead of using the chemical products for your skin, try using some natural home remedies. Using home remedies can work out to be much cheaper than chemical based products and they can help treat your condition without any side effects. Caring for your skin is highly important. Here are some home remedies that allow your skin to be free of dark spots, black spots or pimple marks or even acne scars on the face. 1.Take a medium sized tomato and squeeze the juice from it, add one tablespoon of lemon juice to the tomato juice and stir the mixture well. Apply on the face and let it dry for 20 minutes. Rinse the face with warm water. 2.Take pulp from Aloe Vera leaves and let it dry in the sun for 5 minutes and then add few drops of lemon juice to the dried pulp. Apply this mixture on the face and wash it off after 15 minutes. The results are quite good. 3.Onions have anti-microbial properties and they help remove the acne related scars and spots. Take an onion and cut it into several pieces, grind them and then, separate the juice from the beaten onions. Apply this mixture on the affected areas; allow the mixture to remain on the skin for a few minutes and rinse off with water. 4.Mix two tablespoons of sandalwood powder with a few drops of rose water and apply on the spots and on the entire face. Wash it off, after it dries. 5.Take a pinch of turmeric powder and add some lemon juice to it. Mix both the ingredients well together and dab the mixture on the black spots. Scars and spots will disappear and the results would show on the skin within a week?s time. 6.Take a small potato and grate it; mix it with some honey and dab on the face. Wash the face mask after 15 minutes. You can also rub the potato slices over the dark spots to make them fade. 7.Prepare a solution for the dark spots with handy items from the home. Take one tablespoon of onion juice, one tablespoon of garlic juice, half tablespoon of vinegar and mix them properly. Apply this combination on the face and rub for few minutes on the dark spots. Rinse with chilled water after 20 minutes. It is an easy way to reduce the dark spots by regularly using the mixture. Vitamins and the sulphur contents of onions and allicin from garlic have anti fungal, anti-aging properties and give soothe the skin while removing the bacteria from it. 8.Lemon contains astringents and Vitamin C; it also removes the toxins from the body when it is consumed. So, use lemon to remove the dark spots on the skin. Squeeze out the extract of lemon and apply it on the dark spots with the help of cotton balls. The best results will be yielded when the application is repeated on every second day. 9.Grate some cucumber and add milk to it along with some lime extract. Mix all the ingredients together to form a paste and apply the paste on the skin. 10.Papaya consists of enzymes that help in making the black spots on the face disappear. Use ripe papaya pulp on the skin. Apply the pulp of papaya on the face and leave it on for 15 minutes. Rinse off with cold water. 11.The lactic acid in buttermilk contains alpha hydroxyl acid. Since this is a natural acid, it is good for the skin. Buttermilk helps remove the excess oil and the dirt on the skin along with any dead skin. The skin then appears lighter. Take buttermilk in small bowl and dip a cotton ball in it. Apply it on the dark spots. If possible, you can use lemon juice with buttermilk in equal halves and apply as a face mask. 12.Vitamin E oil: It is the best antioxidant which is used for healing wounds. So, mix the vitamin E oil with some castor oil. Apply on the dark spots and check the results. 13.Oats is not only good for intake, but it also works as a medicine to treat black spots, acne marks, or pimple scars on the face. Apply an oatmeal face mask in order to get rid of the dark spots. Prepare a paste using oatmeal and lemon juice. Apply this paste on the face as a mask and scrub it gently. Wash it off with warm water. Follow the procedure twice every week for immediate relief.

Hello, you can continue with Gambogia tabets as these are good for weight loss. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. darkening of skin happens due to excessive melanin production when u expose to sunlight.its a bodys self defence mechanism to protect deeper layers of ur skin.if u r sure if its due to tanning then apply sunscreen with minimum spf 50 containing zinc oxide and titanium dioxide.dont opt for any skin lightening cream as it may cause further darkening after few days.keep yourself hydrated .apply aloe vera with lemon juice at night for half n hour.wash with lukewarm water.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Kali brom 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Berberis aquifolium q (10 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.

Hi Any Tea or Coffee are good stimulants for low BP patients. Green tea is also good. It has some antioxidants which are helpful for body repair. However Green tea does not reduce any fat from the body. For fat reduction you have to aim for fitness. Reduce eating out, reduce fried stuff and sugars. Reduce portion size. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Drink More water Exercise regularly. Then you will be slim and fit.

You can take tab. Charcol at night. Syp. Aristozyme 10 ml thrice a day.syp. Livoluk 10 ml at night. These can help cure in constipation.take green veg., salaad in meal. It took me 2 years to realize that I must stop eating and start losing weight? health related problems? if you? re not fit, you would indeed come across health-related common problems like strokes, diabetes or blood pressure? pigmentation? obese people are often found to have pigmentation on their face or body. This is due to improper nutrients intake and junk food they consume? improper menstruation cycle? obesity is a very common reason behind improper menstrual cycle and delayed pregnancy in obese women quick recipe for homemade protein shake: ingredients you need? 120 ml of skimmed milk? 120 ml of soy milk? 3 spoons of oat meal? cardamom or vanilla essence recipe: step 1: add 120 ml of skimmed milk, 120 ml of soy milk, 3 spoons of oat meal and 1 drop of vanilla essence or 2 cardamoms into a blender together. Hye, Thanks for the query. There is no fixed amount, but your needs depend on your requirements, your present intake, activity levels, deficiency etc. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.
