What's her age? knee pain can be because of many reasons. Calcium deficiency, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis are some of them along with vitamin d and deficiency, cartilage damage, meniscus tear etc.

I get lower back pain when I have exertion and feel very tired standing in one place. It gets healed after putting Vicks balm at night before sleep in a day or two. What I want to know is can it be a symptom of a future back problem and how I can avoid it.

Yes long standing and overstrain can harmful for your spine so avoid long standing and strain full activity. Take rest stand with equal balance on both legs. Heat fermentation twice a day and rest.

Dear, for tooth problems, please visit dental surgeon for checkup. Keep mouth healthy and free from disease by cleaning and polishing of teeth and maintenance of oral hygiene. Use colgate total paste and listerin mouthwash twice a day. Do rinse your mouth with listerine mouth wash.

Sure, you should try mckenzie back extension exercises, leg pain radiating from the back can be due to nerves in the back, but you will also require some special painkiller for nerve pain.

Avoid protein diets, avoid more milk products. bad habits , fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg., take whole grain,oats,green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed. Take tab. Zyloric 100 mg once a day. Tab. Ulracet sos for pain in joints.

Hi apply heat pack or cool pack to your heel and use silicon pad for your feet it will get rid of everything with pain.

I need to actually know which part of the foot are you talking about, is it the forefoot with involved toes, midfoot region or the hindfoot and heel region because there are different causes of pain in different regions? in general, have you undergone blood tests like esr, crp and serum uric acid, if yes, kindly send me the relevant reports. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

It is chronic pain which get aggravated especially when you walk more and is better with rest. Treatment modalities are aimed at relieving inflammation of the fascia, like ice packs, physical therapy, footwear modification and anti-inflammatory therapy.
