Sepia:This remedy is especially helpful for perimenopause and hormonal imbalances. This is helpful in women who feel exhausted and chilly. Sometimes a woman might develop an aversion to her family members especially the children and does not want to care for them. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. With your height and weight details given, your BMI is 25.73 kgs/M2 (normal <23 kgs). You are marginally overweight. If your height is 175.26 cms, then expected weight is about 75 kgs. Then why should you be thinking of reducing 22 kgs? Generally one can comfortably reduce about 2 to 4 kgs per month. More than that is very difficult to achieve. Thanks.

Please get blood sugar tested aftrr overnight fasting of10 hours then take 75gm of glucose dissolve in two glasses of water drink over 5-10 minutes do not dk any exercises andget sugar tested again after two hours if fasting or 2 hours more than 126 or 200 then you are diabetic any family history of diabetes.

अदरक
अदरक के तमाम औषधीय गुणों में से एक ये भी है कि ये हमारे शरीर से अनावश्यक गर्मी को बाहर निकालने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है. यही कारण है कि ये बुखार को भी कम कर सकता है. इसके साथ ही ये स्वभावतः विषाणुरोधी और जीवाणुरोधी होने के अलावा हमारे प्रतिरोधक क्षमता को भी मजबूती प्रदान करता है और कई अनावश्यक बीमारियों से बचाता है.
हल्दी वाला दूध
हल्दी के सेवन से भी बुखार को नियंत्रित किया जा सकता है. इसके लिए हल्दी में पाया जाने वाला एक महत्वपूर्ण तत्व करक्यूमिन उपयोगी है जिसमें विषाणुरोधी, कवकरोधी, जीवाणुरोधी एंटीऑक्सीडेंट जैसे गुणों की भी मौजूदगी होती है. यह इम्यून सिस्टम को मज़बूत बनाता है और शरीर की संक्रमण से लड़ने में मदद करता है. यह बुखार की समयसीमा को और इससे होने वाली समस्याओं को कम करने में मदद करता है.
ठंडे पानी की पट्टियां
एक साफ़ कपड़े को नल के ठंडे पानी से भिगो कर निचोड़ लें और फिर बगल, पैरों, हाथों और जीभ का तापमान कम करने के लिए इससे स्पंज करें. इसके अलावा, आप ठंडे पानी से भीगे कपड़े की पट्टियां अपने माथे और गर्दन पर भी रख सकते हैं. कपड़े के टुकड़े को कुछ मिनट बाद नियमित रूप से बदलते रहना चाहिए. यह उपाय अधिक तेज़ बुखार को नियंत्रित करने में फायदेमंद होता है. आप शरीर को आराम देने के लिए गुनगुने पानी से स्नान भी कर सकते हैं. और जितना संभव हो उतना आराम करें क्योंकि यह शरीर की बीमारी से लड़ने में मदद करता है. नोट: बहुत ठंडे पानी का उपयोग न करें क्योंकि इससे शरीर का आंतरिक तापमान बढ़ सकता है
तुलसी की पत्तियां
तुलसी बुखार को कम करने के लिए एक प्रभावी जड़ी बूटी है. यह बाजार में उपलब्ध कई तरह की एंटीबायोटिक दवाओं की तरह ही काम करती है. इसके गुण बुखार को तेज़ी से से कम करने में असरदार हैं.
सेब का सिरका
सेब का सिरका बुखार के लिए सस्ता और अत्यधिक प्रभावी उपाय है. यह बुखार को तेज़ी से कम करने में मदद करता है क्योंकि इसमें मौजूद अम्ल त्वचा से गर्मी निकालने का काम करते हैं. इसके अलावा, यह खनिज से भरपूर होता है और बुखार के कारण शरीर में होने वाली खनिज की कमी को पूरा भी करता है.
पुदीने की पत्तियां

चन्दन

किशमिश, संक्रमण से लड़ने और बुखार को कम करने में शरीर की मदद करता है. ये फिनोलिक फाइटोन्यूट्रिएंट्स से मिलकर बनी होती हैं जिनमें एंटीबैक्टीरियल और एंटीऑक्सीडेंट गुण मौजूद होते हैं. इसके साथ ही किशमिश बुखार में आपके शरीर के लिए टॉनिक की तरह कार्य करती है.
अंडे का सफ़ेद भाग
बुखार के दौरान शरीर का तापमान कम करने के लिए आप अंडे की सफेदी का भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं. अंडे की सफेदी ठंडे जेल की तरह काम करती है जो शरीर की गर्मी को अवशोषित करता है. दो या तीन अंडे फोड़कर उसकी जर्दी निकाल दें. अंडे की सफेदी को फेंट लें. अब इसे एक पतले कागज़ या रुमाल में लीजिये. इस रुमाल को पैरों के तलवों पर लगायें. इस कपड़े को जगह पर रखने के लिए मोजे पहनें. जब कपड़ा गर्म हो जाये तो उसे बदल दें. जब तक बुखार ठीक न हो जाये इस प्रक्रिया को दोहराते रहें.
लहसुन
लहसुन की गर्म तासीर तेज़ बुखार को कम करती है. परिणामस्वरुप पसीना आता है जिससे शरीर से हानिकारक विषाक्त पदार्थ निकल जाते हैं. इसके अलावा, लहसुन में एंटिफंगल और एंटीबैक्टीरियल गुण होते हैं जो शरीर की रोगों से लड़ने में मदद करता है.

Heart pain is usually on exertion, relief with stopping exertion. Acidity discomfort is related to food intake, often more with empty stomach, or after spicy or acidic food like citrus fruit juice. How old are you, heart trouble mostly after 40, acidity comes in any age.
