I have a girlfriend and she is a lot active about sex than average girls. She needs it twice a day and I think that for me it could cause extra blood lose now a days I am feeling tired than before I think I am getting weaker.

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology

Having sex twice a day is very healthy activity for both men and women. It does not reduce blood in any way. You should take it as a form of exercise which is healthy for u.

About 25% of people with Type 1 diabetes and 80% of people with Type 2 diabetes have high blood pressure. Having diabetes raises your risk of heart disease, stroke, kidney disease and other health problems. Having high blood pressure also raises this risk. If you have diabetes and high blood pressure together, this raises your risk of health problems even more. If you have diabetes, your doctor will want to be sure that your blood pressure is very well controlled. This means that they will probably want your blood pressure to be below 130 over 80. People with diabetes and high blood pressure are sometimes given the blood pressure medicines known as ACE inhibitors or angiotensin receptor blockers, because they are thought to help protect the kidneys. However, other blood pressure medicines can also be used However, you can help to lower your risk of diabetes by following a healthy lifestyle - for example, by stopping smoking, by eating a healthy diet and keeping to a healthy weight, and by getting more active.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query When blood glucose post lunch level reaches 200 mg or above, it is considered as diabetes. When that happens it is necessary to take medications to control glucose levels. Plus there has to be diet control and regular exercise as well as weight control. Looking at your weight and height, you are overweight. With a BMI of 26.42 kgs/Sq met (normal < 23 kgs/Sq Met) Your ideal weight should be about 65 kgs, which means there is a need to cut almost 9 to 10 kgs. Excess weight is an invitation for diabetes. So please consult your doctor and initiate the appropriate treatment. Thanks.
