Male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia.Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. So they can try Homoeopathic medication that is based on constitution and work wonders. 1. Take Acid phos. 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. 2.wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. 3.Natrum mur 6x, 4-4 tabs once a day. 4. Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. 5.Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) 6.Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. 7.Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night . 8.Add more proteins to your daily diet and eat walnuts for good hair.

Dear Lybrate User , Abdominal pain in menstrual period is very common , but your left side abdominal pain is mainly due to improper digestion as you mentioned gradual pain with vomiting sensation with bloating . Constipation can be due to many reasons. From motility of intestines to an obstruction. U need to give more elaborate history to short list probable causes. Anyway Fibre rich diet. early morning defecation; post meals defecation, and regular exercise help in constipation. And piles will not cause constipation but constipation does cause piles.

keep your teeth and gums healthy by brushing twice a day and rinse with warm saline water. To get rid of bleeding gums and fowl smell from mouth you have to go for scaling and polishing of teeth

I have back pain since 5 years which is not continuous in nature but when it happens it goes along with numbing of left and right lower limb. I am having difficulty while any movement of body during this period. I feel like having pain while walking in thighs. What should be the diagnosis?

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart
