If one does not get period at expected time after unprotected sex then pregnancy can be suspected and urine pregnancy can be done then.

I don't feel hungry at all and even feel lazy to eat anything. I skip meals on regular basis. I even tried eating tonics to increase my hunger but it only effect me for 1 or 2 days and than it also stop working. Honestly, I'm not so regular in eating medicines or tonics. Now I'm 19 and slowly all my body parts are getting weaken. Like my eyes they recently got specs of about -0.5 and my teeth started aching due to lack of calcium. In short, all the energy which my body has saved is now vanished resulting me in a poor health condition. N even though I know the reason, I can't tackle it. For me eating food is like the biggest responsibility. Need help please and I look very thin.Please tell.

There are 4 pillar for good health. First is healthy nutritious diet- include all colors in your diet. Second is exercise. Do some sort of physical exercise at least 20-30 min daily. It could be walking, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, yoga etc. Third is adequate rest. Sleeping as per urr individual requirement which may be 6-10 hours a day. Meditation provide excellent relaxation and many other benefits. Fourth is a positive mental attitude. A positive expectancy and outlook towards life. All the best. Work on all four and I am sure you will regain your appetite.

Hi Lybrate user, Avoid intake of oil fried food. Consume fruits and raw vegetables on large quantities. Walk daily for one hour. Keep yourself engaged. For hypothyroidism, take thyroxine supplement in required dose everyday morning on empty stomach, as prescribed dose by your doctor for lifelong. This will keep you fit.

About your pimples and oily face, the eruption of pimples or pustules, black marks and oily skin/ face are due to excessive sebum secreted by sebaceous glands and hair follicles especially on the face. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

I am giving some health tips for Migraine headache •1.You can turn off light for some time •2.Apply hot or cold compresses to your head or neck. •Ice packs have a numbing effect, which may dull the sensation of pain. •Hot packs and heating pads can relax tense muscles. •3.Warm showers or baths may have a similar effect. •4.You can take Tea or coffee( but not excess) 5.Sleep well Here are some tips to encourage sound sleep. Establish regular sleep hours. •Minimize distractions. •Your eating habits can influence your migraines. •Be consistent. Eat at about the same time every day. Don't skip meals. Hello,Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. There are a number of homoeopathic medicines, which treat the root cause behind the body’s inability to gain weight or bulk up. 1. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in aweek , morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soyabean and dry fruits. 4. do light exercises regularly to keep your body active.
