Hello kindly get a uroflowmetry done. This will give an objective evaluation of your urine flow. Also get a ultrasound to get the post void residue. Get well soon.

I am using deflocoert 6 mg and tamsulosin 4 mg for ureteric stone I was unable to release sperm after discontinue of this tablets I am able to release sperm.

Inability to release semen is due to retrograde ejaculation caused by tamsulosin. It is usually temporary and usually stops once you stop taking this medication.
