Its risky. Following tips will help you:- use plenty of lubricant (e. G. Ky jelly) to reduce the risk of tissue tears and minimize friction. Try to relax by taking a warm bath before anal sex. Lying on your stomach may make entry smoother. Stop anal sex if you start experiencing pain. If you experience bleeding or you notice a boil or rashes around the anus or a discharge coming from it, see a doctor as soon as possible.

Dear user. You can always go for abortion of the child. But before that you should rethink. You should take precautions before such an act. Abortion could be dangerous to women if the fetus is matured. In any case, you should consult a gynecologist for expert advise. Do not treat yourself or take measures yourself. Take care.

Hello, PCOS or pcod s a problem in which a woman's hormones are out of balance. It can cause problems with your periods and make it difficult to get pregnant. PCOS also may cause unwanted changes in the way you look. If it isn't treated, over time it can lead to serious health problems, such as diabetes and heart disease. The most common symptoms are: Acne.Weight gain and trouble losing weight.Extra hair on the face and body.Thinning hair or even hair loss on scalp.Irregular periods. Often women with PCOS have fewer than nine periods a year. Some women have no periods. Others have very heavy bleeding.Fertility problems. Many women who have PCOS have trouble getting pregnant(infertility), depression. Regular exercise, healthy foods, and weight control are the key treatments for PCOS. Treatment (hormonal) can reduce unpleasant symptoms and help prevent long-term health problems. Try to fit in moderate activity and/or vigorous activity often. Brisk Walking, jogging, dance or aerobics are great exercise that most people can do.Eat heart-healthy foods. This includes lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, and whole grains. It limits foods that are high insaturated fat, such as meats, cheeses, and fried foods. Most women who have PCOS can benefit from losing weight. Even losing 5kg may help get your hormones in balance, regulate your menstrual cycle and can make you ovulate.

The problem is likely to be androgen excess. We need to have detailed diagnostic work up and then start treatment of both the problem at the same sitting (excessive hair and menstrual problems).

Types Of Hypertensions Experienced During Pregnancy

MD - Obstetrics & Gynaecology, MBBS
Gynaecologist, Noida
Types Of Hypertensions Experienced During Pregnancy

Hypertension or high blood pressure is common in pregnant women, even in those who have no previous history of high blood pressure. This leads to complications in about 6 to 10% of all pregnancies around the world. High blood pressure may develop before or after conception and as such needs special medical attention.

Hypertension prevents sufficient flow of blood to the placenta and this inhibits the normal growth of the fetus. This could result in low birth weight of the child. However, if diagnosed in time and treated properly, hypertension does not affect the child's health too much. There are various types of hypertension during pregnancies, such as:

  1. Gestational hypertension: This type of hypertension is developed about 20 weeks after conception. There is no abnormality in urine or any signs of other organ damage (as is common with hypertension during pregnancy) but the condition can worsen and complicate very quickly. Pregnant women below the age of 20 and above the age of 40 are often diagnosed with high levels of blood pressure. Women who have heart or kidney conditions before pregnancy and women carrying more than one child are also likely to develop gestational hypertension.
  2. Chronic hypertension: Chronic hypertension is high blood pressure which develops around 20 weeks before conception and does not normalize within 12 weeks after childbirth. The patient may also have been suffering from high blood pressure for a long time but the complications appear only during pregnancy because high blood pressure rarely exhibits symptoms without an associated condition.
  3. Chronic hypertension superimposed with Preeclampsia: Women who have hypertension before pregnancy may develop even higher blood pressure levels during pregnancy. This leads to several health disorders like frequent headaches, fatigue and depression.
  4. Preeclampsia: Preeclampsia is often a serious complication of gestational pregnancy and affects about 5% to 7% of all pregnancies globally. Gestational pregnancy does not always develop into preeclampsia but it needs to be diagnosed and treated in time to avoid the complication. Women who have conceived for the first time or have a history of hypertension in the family are at a greater risk of preeclampsia. The symptoms of the condition are throbbing headaches, blurred vision, nausea and vomiting, pain in the upper abdominal region and shortness of breath.

There are other modes of therapy as well. In resistant cases laaroscopic drilling of the cysts may be done too. Weight reduction will help a lot.

Delayed Childbearing In comparison to postponing a marriage, postponing a first birth is more clearly Associated with negative outcomes, including not being able to have a child at all. However, These negative outcomes are becoming less common and less important over time, and delayed Childbearing is also associated with positive economic and psychological outcomes. In this Section, I review the economic, social/psychological, and biomedical effects associated with Childbearing. Birth Timing and Income When women take time from their careers to have children, they clearly suffer deficits in Income relative to what they would have earned had they not had children. Part of the literature On this “wage gap” for mothers examines whether the deficits in income vary by the age at which Women have children. Taniguchi (1999) reported that early child bearers are likely to experience A higher wage penalty, possibly because their career interruptions occur during a critical period Of career building. In earlier work, Van Velsor and O’Rand (1984) reported that interrupting a Career for childbearing brought a smaller wage penalty than starting a career after childbearing, And that the wage penalty for a woman’s career interruption had declined over time.

Sir my wife period's come and 2nd day stop so what problem with him. And I am doing oral sex so that this is create problem in periods pls answer me.

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology
Gynaecologist, Mumbai
Cunnilingus or oral sex is safe kind of sex as compared to vaginal or anal sex. Chlamydia, human papillomavirus (hpv), gonorrhea, herpes, hepatitis (multiple strains), and other sexually transmitted infections (stis/stds), can be transmitted through oral sex if the partner is infected with any one of these. But carrying these kind of diseases in a known partner is extremely rare. Risk of sti infection, however, is generally considered significantly lower for oral sex than for vaginal or anal sex, with hiv transmission considered the lowest risk with regard to oral sex. Also it does not change the menses pattern. Hormonal changes can cause this.

Leucorrhoea is caused by iron deficiency and infection and reasons may be varied. You have to raise iron content in food, care for vagina is very important. If you neglect it may cause infection of cervix of uterus too later. If there's foul smell to, its infection definitely. Without medicine nutrition and cleanliness is required. If it doesn't start settling soon, no harm to take herbal medicines which give nutrition, controls infection, raise immunity and are adaotogenic. We also offer good combo for definite relief in Leucorrhoea.

You may give her OCPs for three months, give a gap of three months where in you can use safe days method, and again give her OCPs, and so on, as continue usage of OCPs is harmful as they are harmonals which have side effects eventually and affects her health if used for a long time. Other alternative route will be IUCD insertion.

We had sex just after the periods ended of my wife. After 3-4 days. We had sex on dats on 27th of feb. Now she is bleeding which is not normal period bleeding. Blood flow rate is too high. Also having abdomen pain. Is dis any sign of pregnancy? She has polycystic ovary.

If she had regular and normal period just few days back pregnancy is not likely. This problem can be solved only if you take her to a qualified gynecologist for proper internal examination and diagnosis of the cause.

Almonds make a delicious and healthy snack. They are rich in vitamins, minerals, proteins and healthy fats that are necessary for the body. Here is the list of the benefits of almonds that will give you enough reasons to add almond to your diet.
