Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Causticum 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

Dear anis, ointments or tablets will not reduce pain permanantly. I suggesr you to go for ultrasonic therapy to reduce pain faster. And do back strengthening excercises like lying flat on back. Raising leg 10 times sliding legs in straight position. You see the difference in a week.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Reason for these pains could be due to some local inflammation. Start with gentle anti inflammatory medications for her, physical therapy like ultrasonics / laser therapy can be useful, start with cold compresses on painful areas at home and you can also use local analgesic spray like dynapar qps spray for local application after fomentation. Although it seems like there is nothing to worry about but we cannot take things for granted as already 10 days have passed.As a precaution I will suggest you to go for BLOOD CBC TEST immediately.

I have a prob" avascular necrosis" in my right hip joint, I had an operation before 3 yrs ago. They said that. They drilled and inserted an bone inside the bone joint at hip joint (right), the problem is. Now also if sm stress is applied. Or else, if I walk fr a while its paining. So wat should I do. To remove the pain permanently. Smtyms knee gets irritating and very painful. So please help me out. Thanx.

I need to see you latest x rays and a description about the movements of the affected hip joint to give an opinion. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Patient needs to be examined in detail & be investigated. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days then inform me.

At this age vito. D deficiency is very uncommon. Investigate for arthritis by blood test (arthritis panel) & take good sleep at least 7 hrs. Do more physical activity by jogging in the morning &yoga.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Mr Ramiz lets get it clear that gas causes pain mostly in abdomen not generally in chest or back.second thing exersises are not going to help u much in gas problem instead medicins n precaution might help u. Avoid spices n tea and drink water after 30 mint aftet food For back pain do backward extension exercises.

I have pain in right knee and left heel for the last fifteen days. They happened earlier also, dont remember exactly when, they disappeared the way they appeared. I am now aged 64 plus. Xray report says it is decreased tibiofemoral & patellofemoral joint sapces, osteophytes ar femoral, petellar and tibial margins. No e/o lytic/ sclerotic lesion, they say its osteoarthiritis in my knee and in the heel, the report says early calaneal spur seen on both sides, articular margin and joint space are unremarkable and no detectable bony injury is seen. Please advise.

This could be due to oa knee &/or obesity. Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Homeopathy is one of the most important and effective therapy for back pain. During an acute attack sleep with a pillow under the knees. Choose shoes that offer good support in the arch and have low, but not flat, heels. Prop up one foot on a box or low stool when you're standing for a long time. Use a chair that provides support for your back, or tuck a little pillow behind your lower back. Tips to improve balance/alignment/motion: lift your leg so your thigh is parallel to the ground while touching a wall. Hold it for five breaths. For alignment, move side to side while sitting on a balance ball. For motion, try moving forward and backward on the ball.

Use study table during studies. Posture modification. Back strengthening exercises and back support while studying. Don't sit for long duration get some breaks.
