Some basic management can help you to increase your height. 1- drink milk (milk contains calcium which is very important to bone growth) 2- do some yoga like (surya namaskar). 3-standing your toe for few min. Daily. 4- get proper sleep. 5-do some exercise like (hold on to a horizontal bar & hang with your spine stretched out). 6- do skipping for atleast 20-30 min. 7- eat eggs, chicken, soyabean, rajma, nuts, green vegetable.

Hi lybrate-user tips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs. Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss. Exercise catalyzes your efforts to lose weight and even regular walking for thirty minutes can give you the benefits of an aerobics exercise. To improve the metabolism, try increasing the duration, frequency, intensity of your daily workout. Remember that maintaining the ideal weight is a lifetime commitment and not a short-term affair. Firmly believe that the pleasure of being trim and healthy is far better than the pleasure of eating unwisely.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. I am getting too much of lethargy from last 1 month I don't know why if I climb 10 steps only I am getting lethargy even I did not increase or decrease my weight can I know why?

94 Kg weight is too much for a 22 year old boy.Means whenever you are on your feet,your legs carry all your weight and for that a lot of energy is required by your body,resulting in production of large amount of heat.This results in weakness in our body even after slight exertion.So the way out is to reduce your weight.

Hi lybrate-user, Take all 5 meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, 2 snacks) per day. Exercise:20 minutes exercise, twice per day (include stretching exercises too). Take: 2 gm Ashwagandha + 2 gm Shatavari Kalp with 150 ml milk. Consume it after 1/2 hour of Breakfast and Dinner (twice / day).
