Depends on how much is your power. It usuallly stabilizes by 18-20 years. Unfortunately there are no natural medications to remove spectacles permanently. You can either try contact lenses or plan for refractive lasik laser surgery.

Avoid over the counter usage of treatments. Skin lite is only for few indications. Its misuse leads to such complications. Better visit a dermatologist to know wat your problem xactly is and get proper treatment.

Hello lybrate user, heartburn, gaseous distention, etc are symptoms of hyperacidity. Avoid spicy and junk food. Avoid alcoholic beverages. Drink plenty of water. Have more fiber rich diet like carrots, spinach, beans etc; do not sleep immediately after meal. Avoid stress. Take homeopathic treatment for chronic hyperacidity. It is safe, natural and holistic way of treatment. Natural homeopathic remedies are highly effective in gastric complaints. take tab. ecosprin 150 sos when chest pain occurs. High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take green veg., whole grain.garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

My penis bends towards left when it is erect due to which I am unable to insert penis into vagina. Is it normal?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
My penis bends towards left when it is erect due to which I am unable to insert penis into vagina. Is it normal?
It is due to excessive masturbation because when you masturbate with your right hand, you naturally turn your Penis towards the left, so doing this a lot makes it curve all the time. and if your left handed it will curve to the right. its normal so no need to worry and no problem in your sexual life. An absolutely straight penis is unusual. Most have a slight curve when erect. But this should not be more than about 25° from straight. If your penis bends more than this, you might have Peyronie’s disease. Peyronie’s disease most commonly occurs in men aged 50–60, but it can occur in young men and in old age. The cause is thickening of the fibrous tissue in the penis on one side. This means that, during an erection, one side of the penis cannot lengthen, and the penis will bend. The direction of the bend depends on the position of the thickening (which can often be felt as a lump or lumps when the penis is limp). If the thickening is on the top of the penis, the erection tends to curve upwards; this is the most common type. If the thickening is on either side, the penis will bend towards the side that is thickened. If there is thickening on both sides, the penis may develop an hour-glass shape, but this is unusual.

THE HEAD OF YOUR PENIS. START WITH STRETCHING EXERCISES DURING YOUR SHOWER. YOU SHOULD PULL THE FORESKIN FORWARD AWAY FROM THE BODY, THEN PULL IT BACK AS SO IT FEELS TIGHT WITHOUT BEING PAINFUL AND KEEP IT STRETCHED FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES. MAKE IT A ROUTINE FOR A COUPLE OF TIMES A DAY. AND DO IT GRADUALLY, ONE STEP AT THE TIME.

3 Essential Summer Skin Care Musts

Summer means firing up the barbecue grill, throwing on a couple steaks, kabobs and hot dogs, and enjoying a beautiful day in the sun. Now, can you tell me what’s wrong with this situation? The part about the sun is what should concern you unless you’re wearing sunscreen, that is.
Summer is arguably one of the most anticipated seasons, but it’s also one of the most dangerous as far as sun damage goes. As African Americans, we often think that we don’t need to apply sunscreen as much because of the melanin in our skin, but in reality, our skin needs protection, too. Here are three steps you can take this summer to protect yourself.
1. Layer on the SPF. Many folks think that SPF is only reserved for long days at the beach, but the reality is you should be applying SPF to your face every day. Now, you're probably thinking, “What if I’m just hanging around the house? Do I still need it?” The answer is yes! If you're near…a window or you spend a lot of time sitting in front of a computer screen, then you’re exposing yourself to harmful UV rays, which are linked to skin cancer and premature aging. Pretty much any moisturizer will do as long as it has a SPF of 15 or higher. Cetaphil’s Daily Facial Moisturizer SPF 15 is great for all skin types because it’s fragrance free, light weight and protects against UVA and UVB rays. Note: You need SPF all year round, not just in the summer months!
2. Keep your skin hydrated. Dry, ashy skin is so not sexy! To keep your skin healthy and smooth while giving it the moisture it craves, try Gold Bond’s Ultimate Softening Shea Butter Lotion.
3. Don’t stop at the face. We tend to neglect everything from the neck down. To protect the rest of your skin, invest in a good sunscreen. Don’t worry; sunscreens have come a long way. Lots of companies these days are going out of their way to ensure that their sunscreen products are waterproof, sweat proof, lightweight a.k.a. non-greasy yet 100 percent effective. For instance, Sun Bum’s Advanced Broad Spectrum has a SPF of 50. For further doubts ask privately

Suffering from health related phobias anxiety panic attack high b.P loss of confidence. Suggest a remedy ?

Reparenting Technique, BA, BEd
Psychologist, Bangalore
You have a high level of fear that is causing you all this stress and its related problems. Work with a counselor to deal with your fear and you will feel a lot better. In the meantime do permissible exercises every day, and learn Yoga and meditation. Go for a stress management course, and learn to handle fear by expressing your feeling. Deep breathing will definitely help to calm you down. Switch over to a low sodium salt. In the South it is called ?Induppu? and is very effective to lower your BP. Sleep well, eat healthily with a lot of fiber in your diet. If you talk about your phobias, you will discover that they are nothing but an exaggeration of a normal stimulus, which does not warrant such a response. The stress is then causing the BP to rise.

My frnd is suffering from viral fever since 1 week. What is treatment should be given to him?

MBBS, MD - Community Medicine

My frnd is suffering from viral fever since 1 week. What is treatment should be given to him?
Hi, Fever may be simple/ self-limiting viral infection, or it may a symptom some serious illness like typhoid/ malaria/ Dengue/ TB or many more like that. It is decided by symptoms provided by you, and a battery of investigations. Therefore, follow the advice and consult doctor with detail symptoms. 1. Wear light and cotton cloths, it helps in cooling of body. 2. Take Tablet Paracetamol 500 mg (as and when required; after food) for fever (more than 99 F) for 3 days. Maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hours can be taken in a day. 3. If fever persists, do cold sponging (with cold water even ice water if needed) to lower down temperature. 4. Drink plenty of fluids. 5. Take adequate rest and proper sleep. Going to work, working out may just make you feel worse as the extra action adds stress to your body. Inadequate sleep decreases immunity of body, which causes worsening of illness. 6. Take proper diet preferably homemade like dalia, khichdi, rice, dahl, chapatti, vegetable soups or steamed veggies. 7. Get done investigations CBC (Hb, TLC, DLC, Platelets, ESR only), Widal for typhoid/ RDT or PBF for Malaria/ and Sputum AFB if you have cough or chest pain from nearby Laboratory. Consult again if symptoms persist or worsen. ***Get Well Soon*** “Cold sponging is the best treatment if fever is uncontrolled.”
