For fever take one tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and take physical rest and Get your blood checked for cbc, mp, widal,sgpt and urine r/m and follow up with reports.

I have headache everyday in the evening. I cannot concentrate one thing. Mind is not stable and forget things very in less time. Please help what should I do?

You are definitely under stress. The headache is an indication that something is troubling you, and it may concern anger. If this anger is not expressed it can disturb you physically and affect your concentration. Find out what this anger is all about and as you address it, memory and concentration will happily return to favor you. Do meet with a counselor, if your stress is too much. In the meantime please follow the suggested guidelines: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that you and the family go for counseling too.

Diabetes is associated with both weight loss and gain. People suffer from either condition. First of all you should have a lipid profile test and a thyroid test also both are done empty stomach there are life style mofification also that you should do brisk walk 30 min daily pls donot take any food containing hih cholesterol. Eat high fibre diet helpfull in reducing weight but medication wont help you some are even banned in india because they have a very severe side effects.

Checkout yourself the root causes.
1. Healthy hair demand healthy scalp, check whether you have dandruff, itchy scalp, eruptions on scalp. Even lices on hair causes itching which again leads to hairfall.
2. Proper cleaning is necessary, cause there is lots of pollution and dust in the air, which causes irritation of scalp. Frequently wash your hair using mild shampoo or ritha powder.
3. Checkout your eating habits. Are you having lots of junk food depriving yourself from healthy nutritious diet. Must include green lea vegetables, beetroot, amla juice, eggs, or soybean, lentils in your diet. Protein deficiency leads to thinning of hair.
4. Having nutritious diet still loosing hair? check whether your digestive function is working properly or not. Sometimes frequent bowel motion and constipation also causes hair fall. In frequent bowel motion nutrients pass undigested, which again leads to deficiency.
5. Intestinal worms, heavy menstrual bleeding leads to iron deficiency. Irregular menstrual cycle means harmonal irregularities, which again causes hairfall. Checking menstruation is important in girls.
6. Hairoil doesn't help. We see during hairfall people start using much hair oil, which causes more hair fall next morning due to friction. Inspite of using hairoil use fresh juices of amla, curry leaves, gudhal flower. Which will be very beneficial. Neem extract for those who suffer from fungal infection, and dandruff.
7. There can be genetic, age related, and androgenic factors. Which require medication.
8. Proper good night sleep is a must.
9. Lethargic life, leads to hair fall due to sluggish circulation. Do exercises, yoga even for few minutes to improve blood circulation towards scalp, to make your hair strong and shinier
10. Avoid harsh chemicals for colouring, use heena and beetroot juices to colour your hair. Before applying any color patch test is essential.

Dear Lybrate user. Phimosis is a very common problem. In most of the cases You can clear the problem yourself. Apply oil on your foreskin and on the glans. Move the foreskin forward and back slowly without hurting you much. Because the oil is lubricant, it will be easier than without oil. Do this forward and back movement 20 times several times in a day. Repeat the same every day for around one month. You will get the elasticity and you will be able to retract the foreskin completely. Take care.

You can also make a cough syrup from baked onion juice, comfrey tea and honey. Drink it daily to get relief from a dry cough. Another option is to combine one-half teaspoon of onion juice with one teaspoon of pure honey. I have pain on my left foot heel. That does not pain on walk initially but on the left outer end precisely. After morning walk when I come back and rest a while then I get pain on the outer back end of the heel, or should say periphery of the heel. No broken bones history. The pain is around a year old and no relief even after visiting Orthopedics. Kindly suggest.
