U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day

It is often said that Ayurveda is a science and Yoga is an implementation of that science. In treatment, both these connected branches speak for the consistent practice of breathing techniques and medication along with indulging in body purification processes, use of medicinal herbs, well regulated dieting as well as chanting of mantras for uplifting the mind and body. In Yoga, the physical purification processes are known as 'Satkriyas' whereas the same in Ayurveda is called as 'Panchakarma'.

Understanding Yoga and Ayurveda
Yoga and Ayurveda are two interrelated branches of Vedic knowledge that encircles the whole universe.

1. The formation of Ayurveda: Ayurveda is one of the four secondary Vedic teachings called the Upavedas that constitute Gandharva Veda, Dhanur Veda and Sthapatya Veda as well. Each of these Ayurvedas is directed towards specific walks and aims at the Vedic quest for liberation. Ayurveda is by far the most important of all four as it addresses all the disciplines of healing as well as holistic well-being of the mind and body.

2. The birth of Yoga: Ever since its formation through the Yoga, it has been widely accepted as one of the six branches of Vedic preaching. It advocates the authority of the Vedas and aims at systematizing the true meaning of the Vedic preaching.

In this classical Vedic system, Ayurveda is specifically developed for healing purposes and there is no other branch of the Vedic system that can offer such comprehensive healing benefits.

Integral relationship between Yoga and Ayurveda
The term Yoga means combining, harmonizing and above all uniting. Thus a Yogic approach is an inherently integrative approach that harmonizes the body, mind and senses, and is not involved in implementation of sideline techniques but incorporates a synthesis of all aspects of the healing processes. This is the reason why Yoga originally has an eight-fold path directed towards bettering the quality of lives. Otherwise, it is caught in similar variants of physical reductionism that are often addressed in modern medicinal therapies.

Asana is referred to as the internal medicine of Yoga as it brings the vital energy directly into the body. It is aimed at alleviating the nervous, respiratory and circulatory systems of the human body. It is crucial to integrate Ayurveda and Yoga for bringing out the total spiritual and healing potential of the human body as well as each of these vast branches of Vedic knowledge.

I think that his decision to stop talking to her was a good thing. There is not point reviving an old relationship when she is married. It can only disturb her like it has done now. You have to be gentle and kind in helping her out of this depression if this is the cause. You will also need to love her more passionately, not necessarily for sex, but for the person, she is and give her a lot of attention. If she has met with a doctor for some medication, that alone is not enough. She must also go for counseling and learn how to tackle this situation, and to see how positive this development is, really. In the meantime, take her out for walks and brisk exercise. Meet a spiritual; leader too and let her express her thoughts and feelings. Now there are several options to consider doing: bring home a lot of people as friends, include the relatives also. If you bring her friends home, it will be ideal. She will find it difficult to ignore them or not to be hospital to them. If she was or is working, invite those colleagues too. As she gets comfortable with meeting people, she will gradually get out of her depression. Organize parties, meetings, spiritual talks, get-togethers, functions, and prayer meetings at home, regularly and frequently, to literally bombard her with a social life. This will have a telling effect over time. You have got to be patient, and give her some room. I don’t know the details of her love-life to comment on it but she has to move on and meet people and in particular to rekindle the love in your relationship with her. In the meantime you could get a pet that you know she will like and let her only interact with it. Caring for the pet alone will be a full time task, if she buys into it, fully.

Hi, heavy or prolonged menstrual bleeding, which is also called menorrhagia, can occur to any menstruating woman. It can also cause serious health problem such as iron-deficiency anemia. In order to stop heavy menstrual bleeding naturally, you can try different types of home remedies and making changes to your diet. Home remedies: -cinnamon, which you may use in cooking or baking, is also a well-known spice that may provide relief from heavy bleeding. Incorporate more cinnamon into your diet or take it alone to help calm the uterus and prevent heavy bleeding. Try mixing one cup of hot water with three teaspoon of powdered cinnamon and take it every thirty minutes during your menstrual cycle. -wash 2 cups of raspberry leaves and bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Strain and enjoy one cup up to three times a day. -placing an ice pack on your abdomen may reduce bleeding (no more than 20 minutes). It may also alleviate pain and swelling. -choose healthy and nutrient dense foods such as proteins including nuts, iron rich foods like dark green leafy vegetables, and dairy products like yogurt or cheese for calcium. Green beans contain high fiber and are enriched with vitamin b, which prevents abdominal cramps. Choose breads and grains that are fortified with iron, vitamin b, fiber and protein. Eat vegetables such as broccoli, kale, sweet potatoes, and spinach to help you get iron, calcium, and vitamin c. Eat fruits such as oranges and strawberries for vitamin c. Prunes and dried apricots are a good source of iron. Medication: take hamamelis q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water every 2 hrly during the menses. And for rest of the days, take five phos. And alfaalfa tonic. Take them thrice daily for 4 weeks and revert me back. Even after taking these medication, if there is no relief in the sufferings, need to get an ultrasound (pelvis) done first.

Hello. We can minimize the pain during menses with diet and medicines (which are safe to take).. Diet: - Calcium is a mineral associated with building healthy bones and teeth. However, it may have some applications in minimizing the harmful effects of menstrual cramping. So,increase your intake by eating low-fat dairy products such as milk, yogurt and cheese or green leafy vegetables. - Your body uses vitamin B-6 to manufacture new red blood cells. When you lose red blood cells via menorrhagia, your body will need more to build new cells. Also, vitamin B-6 is required for your blood sugar to stay at healthy levels. This can help prevent menstrual cramping-related mood swings and fatigue. Vitamin B-6 is found in fortified cereals, bananas, spinach, sunflower seeds, avocados, tomato juice and salmon. - Just as foods can help reduce the symptoms of menstrual cramping and bleeding, foods can aggravate your symptoms. This includes eating excessive amounts of sugar -- such as cakes, cookies and pies. These are known to contribute to water retention, which make you feel bloated and uncomfortable. High-salt content foods -- french fries, pizza and other fried foods --- can also contribute to bloating. Caffeine-containing beverages like tea and coffee should be avoided as they can contribute to headaches, mood swings and trouble sleeping. - If you're craving chocolate, make sure it's over 70 per cent cocoa. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.
