Your description of ailment is not very clear. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

pain is from last one year so firstly reduce pain by physio then start exercise quadriceps exercise nw that time do put a towel roll under knee and press for 10 second then release repeat 1otimes

I have high Uric Acid level (7.3) detected for the last 4-5 months. After consultation I take Feburic-80 for one month and changed my eating habit. I stopped taking medicine when level reduces to 4.0. Just before one month I realized heel pain and checked it again, it is now 7.7. Dr. Advised me do a close look to your uric acid level and continue to take medicine but denied heel pain pain relates high uric acid level. I just wanted to know is it relates, I am feeling difficult walking for10-20 steps just after bed. I also feel stretches in between heel and ankle in downstairs. Please suggest.

Heel pain as the only symptom of high uric acid is rare, your doctor is right. What you have is plantar fascitis, which is a common problem. Treatment includes wearing comfortable footwear, and plantar fascia and tendo achilles stretching exercise which should be done first thing in the morning.

I am 27 year old male residing out of india. I have a backache from past 45 days or so. I visited a doctor in here and he prescribed me some pills for musculr relief. The problem seemed to have improved but it still persists. I later went on to take an x-ray, to see if there is any problem in that, but the doctor said your report is fine and its just suggests that your lower back bone is little weak. But I dont understand it, because the pain isn't exactly at that place instead its around my waist on the lower right side. (this problem actually started 7-8 years before, but everytime I was relieved of pain after visiting a doctor and consuming the prescribed medicines). Kindly suggest me what to do! thanking you.

See, normally there can be two reasons for lower pain, either it is from back region or it is from abdominal organ when it is causing flank rather than back pain. If you feel that your pain is not in back region, but more towards flanks, then you can get an usg abdomen with or without kub region to rule out and abdominal pathology. Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine colocynthesis 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. *take rest or move about once in 1-2 hours in case of working in a constant position. *maintain a good posture while reading or working with computers. *take a high fibre content diet like vegetables, fruits, etc. *avoid fried and spicy food.

Leg pain- for leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Back pain may be due to muscular cramp or weakness of back muscles. Or there may be serious issue of slip disc, sciatica nerve compression causing radiating pian in back & legs. If the problem is for mare then 2 day you must start physiotherapy for it. As its the only treatment to avoid surgery. You can send me your details in my inbox.

The pain on your shoulder could be due a muscle spasm or impingement of the bone. You should take a session of 10 days of ift treatment physiotherapy for your shoulder and then do with a cold pack dialy twice for 10 minutes. Kindlly start on a few exercises for your shoulder as the physiotherapist will tell you. A few active exercises, then a resisted exercises and then you could do a few stretches for your shoulder. All this should help you to reduce your pain. Please note - do not o any exercises until your pian level has come down to 30%. Please do get back to me.

Sir, My Mother is of 45 year's old. And she often says that she has a pain on her knees. She can not walk for a longer time. If she sits for a longer time than she could not stand immediately. She is probably having arthritis of knee. If problem is severe, then get her standing xrays of knee done. Avoid sitting cross legged, avoid squatting position, avoid climbing stairs.

Hi imbalance in longissimus can be corrected by exercise. Start with simple streching exercise followed by strengthening exercise. It will be good if you do exercise in under supervision of skilled physiotherapist.

Back pain can result from bad posture, a sudden jerky movement, a lumpy mattress or poor lifting techniques. It can also be caused by injury in a work place, by a sports accident or by muscular spasms. There are also many diseases and pathological conditions that can lead to back pain. These include abdominal or pelvic disease, anxiety, arthritis, cervical or lumbar spondylosis, dermatological problems, kidney disease, rheumatic conditions, tumours and scoliosis. Our modern, sedentary lifestyles have a profound effect on the development of back pain; indeed one of the most effective ways of preventing it is simply to stay active. An average adult in the India spends at least two hours a day in front of a computer screen or television set, and back problems can be triggered if they don’t sit properly. In an age of mobile phones and computer games, such troubles are increasingly inflicting children of school age as well. Top tips for back care: For back pain, better to see your Doctor sooner than later. Take regular exercise – your Doctor can say what’s right for you. Hours in one position can cause problems – avoid computer ‘hump’. During repetitive tasks, vary your rhythm and take frequent breaks. Adjust car seats and on long journeys, take regular breaks to stretch. Pace yourself with heavy work such as gardening – don’t risk a disc! Watch children’s posture – they shouldn’t carry bags on one shoulder or spend too long at a computer without breaks. Avoid strain when lifting, particularly small children and shopping. Your bed could be part of the problem. Seek Doctor advice on choosing a new one. Take a hot bath or shower, soaking in a hot tub, or using a heating pad, hot water bottle, or heat wrap that provides continuous, low-level heat are all ways to bring healing warmth to your lower back.

hello, you are quite right. Long sitting is known to cause backache. So avoid it whenever possible, have a right posture while sitting, proper heights of the chair and table, do a few minutes streching after each 1-1.5 hrs. Do hot fomentation and apply a local gel/balm twice a day. And you can also wear a ls belt to support your back. Learn exercises from a physiotherapist and do them religiously. You will settle. Take care.
