Neck & underarms may get dark complexion if melanin pigmentation of that area is increased or sometimes when the dead cells of skin on that area are not being removed naturally. * you are advised to destress yourself & wear loose collar shirt which do not compress the blood supply around the neck. Try to avoid sunrays & dust falling on your neck. * mix 1 teaspoon of mustard oil in 3 big spoon of gram flour (besan) & add 1 big spoon of oat flour in it. Make paste of it by adding sufficient quantity of water in it. Apply it on your neck & under arms for 10-15 minute. Remove it slowly without washing. This will naturally remove the dead cell of neck which give you a good looking neck area after few application.

Dear lybrate-user. I can understand your concern. It's painful. But in general this problem will resolve of its own over next few years. However my suggestion is that you should stick to one doctor. Changing doctors will not be good for your kid. Try to avoid allergen exposure, reduce stress in his life, excercise also helps in gradually improving tolerance. One small suggestion is that sometimes we over protect kids. Let him go out and play in nature. It helps. Allopathy will control but may not eradicate your kids asthma. Motivate him into taking life and illness head on rather than sit aside and make it a weakness. Take care.

Hello lybrate user, cortex blow out in acl reconstruction means a fracture occured either at the time of injury or during surgery while preparing the tunnel for insertion of the new graft material. Your report says that a tunnel was created properly after booting the cortex blow out, so you should not be having too many problems after the procedure if an adequate fixation of the graft was achieved. I feel really happy for you guys who have guts to digest the truth that you have an addiction and I am very much sure that guys like you although understand the disatrous effectss of smoking weed but out of their craving or compulsion are unable to do so.But I wll try to figure out a clear picture in front of you and let you decide how to quit this habit as I think you are strong enough to quit this habit as you have a strong mind to accept this addiction. 1.Ashwin,you are just 20 now nd you must have started smoking weed way back ,Just think it yourself that was this the age to start smoking.This Is the age to relish your time,your age,free from all tensions just enjoying your Parents luxuries but you opted the other way,putting yourself into the darkness of such habit forming drugs .You just think how much money of your parents you have wasted till now. 2.Just see the poor people around you who cant make up for one time meals.Just think that if you were not smoking ,how many of them would you have fed during last 2 years and try to feel that happiness that you must have got and now you are deprived off. 3. Tell your friends, family, and other people you’re close to that you’re trying to quit. They can encourage you to keep going, especially when you’re tempted to light up. I suggest you to join a SUPPORT GROUP of people who have quit smoking weed by hearing their experiences with you. 4..You can quit. All you need is the proper motivation. Maybe a visit to a pulmonary clinic might help. Take a long look around at the people in the lobby. Many of them are like you (and me), they smoked for years and always had the excuse that it was just too hard to quit. Just think, if you keep lighting up, you can end up just like them. If you really want an eye-opener, go to a hospital and volunteer your services for a month or so. Every time you try smoking weed, you get one step closer to that for an end. Be strong. You can beat this habit just like millions of people do every year. You just need a stronger reason to quit - at least a stronger reason that the one you use to defend your smoking. Good luck. As we age, our joint mobility and tissue flexibility decline; a thorough warm-up helps accommodate these changes. It doesn’t have to be long and it doesn’t have to complicated: Five minutes of light movement, like an easy walk, is all you need to get that blood flowing, warm up your muscles, and get them ready for the task at hand. Use a foam roller. Joint pain can feel worse when your fascia (the elastic, weblike matrix of fibrous connective tissue that supports, binds, or separates your other tissues, joints, and organs), becomes dry and brittle—something that happens as we age. Glutathion is a natural anti-oxidant is used for skin whitening mainly by obstructing the enzyme Tyrosinase used to stimulate melanocytes in producing much melanin which causes black color of skin. But even this will have side effects if used for long like liver disorders, allergic reactions etc.

We know that applying aloevera gel is goof for our face. I regularly apply the aloevera gel extracted from my home plant n keep it for 30 mins n then wash it off. But overtime I use it for a continuous of 3-4 days. Pimples start coming out. My skin is oily but in both winter n summer season. Applying aloevera on my face on a regular basis brings out pimples. Do I continue to use it. As it makes my skin soft n fair also. No doubt at that. What to do then?

Aloe Vera is beneficial. For some people it causes a few skin allergies. If you get pimples on continuous application, you can mix aloe vera with a moisturizing lotion will will dilute it. Also, the moisturizer will have cooling effect on your skin thus should the heat production which indirectly leads to pimples. Drink plenty (2-3 litres) of water and fluids.

I am a dancer, but I lost practice for about two years. Now when I practice or do stretching exercises, I get tired easily and feel very uncomfortable. Also, 24 hours after stretching, my muscles get stiff and sore. I have a dance programme coming up within 2-3 weeks. What should I do to improve or cure this situation? I am 24 years old and unmarried. I am 5.1 ft height and weight about 40 kgs. I want to gain weight. Just from 2 days I started this plsn of gaining. So in the morning at 8 I drink 1 glass of milk, 2 boiled only white part and 1 banana. Then I continue with doing cycling for 20 minutes and skipping 10 minutes. I am feeling a bit pain in my stomach. I think it might be due to skipping after my stomach full. Do you think my plan of gaining weight is right? Does it have any side effects? Dear friend, in my opinion you should follow these____ make a time table for your break fast, lunch and dinner. Take balance diet and a lot of water daily. Add some salad, fresh and dry fruits, and milk in this. Taking some extra proteins is also good. Don't do heavy exercise, aim of exercise is to digest and assimilate food. Time of exercise should be empty stomach, before breakfast. Gradually increase the diet and exercise. Take proper rest and try to avoid stress as possible. Tell your progress after one month to guide further. Or you may ask if any questions or doubt. There are some ayurvedic medicines to help you.
