I Doctor I have discussed about my hair previous in the chat group as I have thin & weak hair & very slow hair growth from childhood I have hair fall problem even are little freeze I am planning to go for smoothening or keratin rebounding treatment to my hair just want to know should I go for such hair treatments or it will harm my hair more please help me even I am going through lot of body pain these days, my back bones pains even my Spinal cord pain alot I drink oranges juice even carrot & eat Spanish but same problem what to do doctor? Hi, Both of them damages the hair whether you go for smoothening or keratin treatment, but you can still think of getting keratin done. For back pain: Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight (even while sitting or standing), avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Always select a chair with proper back support and hand-rest. (Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders). Apart from these, stress could be the major cause of pains! Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Management: -Sit straight with a back-rest or back-support. -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter. For allergy: Take Bakson's Aller-aid/ 3 times a day for 4 weeks. Then revert.

I am suffering from severe leg pain from last few weeks can you suggest what to do.
Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hello! I am doing workout at GYM and Training each muscle everyday.[ Biceps, Chest, triceps, bench press, super set and legs too ]. 3 sets × 10 reps of all these everyday. Is training all the muscle everyday wrong for muscle growth? And also taking proper diet with accumass weight gainer everyday but not seeing much improvement. Anyway to Grow my muscle faster and biceps (most important)?

You should not be doing weight training for all the muscles everyday, cos after lifting weight, muscle breaks down and then protein helps to re build the muscle and each muscle group needs 48 hours to recover so you can divide your workout accordingly in such a way that there is a gap of 48 hours to workout the same muscle. You should do weight training in order to gain weight only 3 times a week and followed by protein shake after every workout session. Other than this a balanced healthy diet is very important which can be planned as per your body tye to get the maximum benefit. Contact shape and strength in kolkata if interested.

Hi, Take cap. Mrudumoola 1 cap three times a day and tab AnulomaDS 1tab with a glass of hot water at bedtime. Take these medicines continuously for 1month and revert back. Follow these tips to avoid recurrence : Take high fiber diet. Do not it in one place for long duration Drink 3-4 litres of water per day. Walk daily for one hour. Do sitz bath twice daily when anal irritation in present. Do not strain while passing stools.
