You should not delay urination unless there is no alternative. This frequent urination can slowly lead to urge incontinence. There is an exercise to control bladder movement along with a medicine for long term use. Since you do not have infection, there is no point in taking antibiotics. An USG of lower abdomen will be required in due course if things do not improve. Contact me for details.

diet for a diabetic patient is usually specific for each individual patient. It is based on his or her weight, sugar levels and extent of physical activity. However, few tips are as follows: avoid sweets, direct sugar, deep fried foods, fruits like mangoes, chikkoos and grapes. Take a good quantity of green salads. Also avoid ghee and butter and high fat cheese.

1. Make wise food choices. 2. Limit sweets. 3. Eat less fat. 4. Eat plenty of whole grain foods, fruits, and vegetables. 5. Eat often. 6. Carefully control your intake of carbohydrates. 7. Eat a set amount of food. 8. Stick to regular meal times. 9. Avoid temptation.

1. Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2. It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. 3. Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Homoeopathic treatment anti marks cream (biovalley) apply at night whitening cream (biovalley) apply in circular fashion in morning whitening soap (biovalley) wassh face with this face wash before applying whitening cream suncare cream (bakson) apply 30 minutes before going outsside nd again reapply after 3-4 hrss after washing with whitening soap papaya pack (bakson) daily apply on face directly in evening when you think you r not going outsside now nd wash face after it is dry. Ferrum sip syrup (sbl) 2 spoons twice daily diet daily cucumber in salad 1 apple /200 gm papaya/500 gm watermelon daily consume lots of water daily 2 glass milk daily home remedy take a small potato and grate it; mix it with some honey and dab on the face. Wash the face mask after 15 minutes. You can also rub the potato slices over the dark spots to make them fade.
