*घर पर हर्बल नेचुरल डाई बनाने का तरीका*। क्या आप बाल काला करने के लिए डाई या केमिकल युक्त हानिकारक कलर इस्तेमाल करते हैं। *आइये जाने इसको बनाने की विधि*। आवश्यक सामग्री। 1. सूखी पीसी मेहँदी – 20 ग्राम 2. काफी पाउडर – 3 ग्राम 3. कत्था – 3 ग्राम 4. ब्राह्मी चूर्ण – 10 ग्राम 5. आंवला चूर्ण – 10 ग्राम 6. दही – 25 ग्राम 7. नीम्बू का रस – 4 चम्मच 1 से 5 तक सभी को कूट पीस कर आपस में मिला लीजये। आवश्यकता अनुसार मिला कर रख लीजिये। बाद में ५० ग्राम मिश्रित पाउडर में २५ ग्राम दही और ४ चम्मच नीम्बू का रस मिला कर बालो में आधे घंटे तक लगा कर रखे। फिर पानी से धो लीजिये। इसके प्रयोग से बाल काले घने तथा मुलायम हो जायेंगे। विशेष – कई बार पहली बार में तुरंत काले बाल नहीं होते। तो जब आप तीन चार बार इसको नियमित करेंगे तो आपके बाल प्राकृतिक रूप से काले दिखने लगेंगे।

Suffering from pcos and hypothyroidism. I do gyming. And taking homeopathy medicines for pcos and eltroxin 50mcg for thyroid I ws 99kgs now 88kgs I problem is hair loss. May be coz of thyroid Can not I gt my hairs back cuz Im a thyroid patient? Please tell me da medicines supplements for my hairs and nails and how to take them before food or after food. Nd how to consume flaxseed also My t3 is 153ng/dl. T4 is 12.4. Tsh is 3.09 Taking glyciphage 500 twice a day for pcos. When on treatment for hypothyroidism tsh levels should be between 3 to 4 milli units / ml, to be in control and free from symptoms. If you achieved that then all symptoms including hair loss will stop. Of all the symptoms hair loss is the last one to go. Plus I am sure you are following the dosing guidelines of taking thyroxine tablets early morning on empty stomach and nothing to be taken after that for 2 hours. This has to be followed always. Secondly avoid soy beans, soy containing products, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, radish, peanuts, mustard and coffee. Consume more of green leafy vegetables, salds and fruits. Use whole grain flour for chapati and roti, avoid refined flour like maida. Avoid high fat milk products. Your dietary intake has to be based on your ideal body weight (58 kgs). Calories 58 x 25 = 1450. Plus since you want to loose weight, another 500 k cals should be less. So daily intake has to be just about 1000 k cal.

For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds with rantac and Avoid spicy food in your diet and Also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water

Enamel once lost is lost forever as it cannot be reproduced by the body the second time. There is no medicine that could repair the solid structure of the tooth. Only option available is visit a dentist who will advise you whether you need any kind of tooth restoration.

You can have a protein rich diet. Eggs, milk, paneer. Soya. Fish. Salads. Sprouts. Green vegetables. And also fruits. Eat less sugars and oily food.

Everyday Back Pain Causes.

It's worth knowing that you will eventually complain of back ache if you are not already whining.

It is primarily because most of us indulge in some everyday activities that are detrimental to our spine health. The good news here is that these reasons can be easily fixed. All you need is some spine tuning. Here's how:

Desk job
Are you sitting too much on your seat? Recent studies have suggested that sitting for longer hours makes you prone to various illnesses. So it is highly recommended that you stand and walk a bit every two hours or so and also engage in some static stretching exercises. If not, take a 30 minutes stroll after your lunch time.

Sleeping on your stomach
Do you have a habit of snoozing on your tummy? It's a clear give away for your back problems as it puts unnecessary pressure on your spine. When you sleep on your side or back, your spine is elongated and neutral. Also, don't use a thick pillow. The perfect-sized pillow should keep your head in line with the spine. This is not it. Your mattress should not be too hard or soft.

Not exercising your core
According to yogacharya, Shelly Khera, a strong core helps us stand difficult situations both physically and mentally. It is where all our energies are housed. And even fitness instructors in the gym have caught fancy to the word 'core, but for all the right reasons - core exercises strengthen your spine.

High heels, bulky bags
Some fashion choices that you make may be harming your back, especially high heels and heavy bags. Not only women, there are men who carry heavy laptop bags on one shoulder, which is a major cause of health issues. What's the fix? If you stand and walk a lot, do not wear heels above 2 inches and the handbag should be less than 10 pounds.

it is important to know why was the hysterectomy done ? was it because of any cancer of uterus/ ovary ? since lymph nodes are positive , it suggests malighnancy.. need to know details. she may have to be started with chemotherapy

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Hello. If the root of the hair is damaged, then nothing can be done! But if the hair root is alive, you can try homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Phosphorus 30 - both thrice daily for 3 weeks.

You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. Opt for foods that are baked, broiled or steamed versus fried or swimming in creamy sauces. Avoid chips and bread baskets—they add unnecessary calories. •Stay hydrated. I have been through depression and the doctor has prescribed medicines like respiridone 2 mg, 3mg , clonzepam 1mg , flutop 15 mg , mirtazapine 15mg , olanzapine 10 mg - 4 tablets combination for about 8 months - and on second appointment with nimhans i slowly stopped taking the pills and not taking any pill right now, but i still have some side effects like my stomach bloats up and still have sleep issues, for minor depression as forced to take a hell a lot of tablets, do you suggest any tablets to overcome the side effects of these tablets, i was told the toxins will remain in the gut for about 8 to 10 months. If so how do i detoxify my body, i guess i have put on good weight and not able to bring down my weight and i used to eat a lot and sleep a lot when i was on tablets, how do i retain my normal life back with no stomach bloating and proper sleep- improper sleep is causing acidity and finally leading to stomach problems and again that is not causing proper sleep so just want to know how to get rid of these side effects?

You are just 20 years old and you can definitely achieve the fit body with good amount of muscle tissue. Smoking does effect your health in lot of ways. Quit smoking to have a healthy life. However, the healthy way of putting on weight is good diet and exercise. Now, you should focus on what you are eating. Increase your protein intake and good fats. Avoid fried foods and sweets. Take more protein rich foods such as eggs, fish, lean meat, soya chunks, paneer, curds. You should aim at increasing weight through proper diet rich in multiple sources of protein, complex carbs, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals. You should consult a health coach/nutritionist for getting a proper advise on how to increase your weight in the right way. The weight increasing supplements that are usually marketed on tv and media have lot of carbs and sugars, which increase your weight by the way of increasing your fat percentage, which is not the right thing to do.
