It could be due to hyper acidity. Follow the advice given below 1. Take bland diet, avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, radish, vinegar, pickle etc 2. Have proper breakfast, dont skip or postpone your meal, take home made food, avoid food and water from outside, 3. Eat food slowly, dont rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, dont skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having, 6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days.

If any of you suffers std or hiv or any other infection then other one can get infection if both are you healthy and sound with no infection can do it just for stimulation but do not take it to the ejaculation as one is fully stimulated then leaves it and come on natural main course will not affect you. 40 years old female; single; has ITP, HYPOTHYROIDISM, VIT D deficiency, FIBROIDS; on allopathic med; Ist 2 ailments chronic; other 2 recently found; now loss of body weight n anemic; could not find the reason for loss of body wt n anemia; could you suggest the probable reasons for all these and medicines to cure fibroids n for a better immunity.

Along with hyperthyroidism you have fibroid uterus is it multiple or single fibroid uterus can not be cured by medication. You have to consult your treating physician. Anemia may be due to hypothyroidism.

Iam feeling uncomfortable while urinating. I feel like the bladder is not emptied, but when some force is applied under scrotum after urination again some amount of urine is ejected and inflammation in the urinary tract. Im suffering this problem from about 4years. Im HIV negative and I think I have prostatitis. Can someone help me out. Im struggling every day.

Generally prostate related problems causing urinary dysfunction are diseases of elderly. You can get your ultrasound kub and urine analysis done to rule out cause of outlet obstruction it may be a stone or some kind of inflammation. If above are normal you can get psa checked. If it is prostatitis it can be treated by antibiotics under supervision of nephrologist, don't worry.

Hi lybrate-user. You definitely have premature ejaculation and would need medicines for that. Take diet rich in protein like non-veg. Eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9 hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smooking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym.
