Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Also take calcium tablets shelcal 500mg for a limited period 2 months consult after 10 days. Do some breathing exercise-regularly.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Do have complete master health check up to check all health parameters in good state for pain legs have hot and cold compression for 10 days of 15 min duration each followed by leg muscle strenghening exercises once pain subsides.

Hi. I broke my femor bone and got a plate around it with 20+ screws. Its been 8 yrs to the accident. Should I get it removed? How difficult the procedure would be? If I don't get it removed, will it create problem in future?

I will not recommend plate removal if it is not causing discomfort. Removing such a long plate & screws will lead to stress risers, may cause fracture.

You can start with mosit heat pack and shoulder pendular exc.( check on youtube). There can be many reasons for shoulder pain. You need to consult physio or orthopaedician for further prescription. Pendular exc are safe for all conditions to relieve pain. I hope I helped you !

Posture correction must and avoid long sitting toward bending lifting weight. Do hot fermentation and stretching exercise in daily routine. Physiotherapy treatment swd tens and ultrasonic therapy 10 days it will cure you.

Hello , we have to rule out this type of pain through investigation (xray or mri. It may be due to piriformis syndrome or lumber disc prolapse. *initially you have to take rest as much as you can. *place pillow under your knees while sleeping. *lying on bed which is firm (not too hard and not too soft) *take calcium rich diet and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. *avoid heavy lifting. *avoid excessive rotational activities, forward bending etc. *perform some gentle exercises and stretching of all joints. *walk straight with shoulder protracted. I will explain you stiffness and pain reducing techniques in the next session. Wish you a happy and pain free life thanks.

My dear, pain in leg is a postural defect. You need to correct your sitting posture while going for study. Sit on a table rather than to sit on bed. Try to move on for 15-20 mints while sitting on study table. Go for aerobic exercise, suitable for legs for 20 mints. Homoeo medicine @ arnica mont 200-6 pills, thrice a day. @ rhus tox 200-6 pills, thrice a day. Ensure, sound sleep for 6/7 hrs. Do not skip your meal, it should b on time regularly. Report after a wk, take, care.

Suffering from acute knee pain and pain in waist, painkiller will temporarily sooth, can you suggest permanent cure?
Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, patellar tendinitis, acl injury, knee bursitis, torn meniscus, gout and infections. Try some home remedies for your pain- - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport here are some tips for how to handle your back /waist pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -some physiotherapy treatment like ift current can give you some relief. -a physical therapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and how to do them. You need detail assessment with a physiotherapist to find out what causing you these pain and pain management. Best wishes.
