Its a bit personal but I want some solution to it actually I am masturbating from the last two and a half years and now my eyesight has gone bad its -0.75 for the right eye and minus 0.5 for the left eye and now I am also seeing floaters please help me that if I take some extra diet and stop masturbating at all will my eyesight cure I want to join Army and for that eyesight is very crucial. Why studying concentration has also gone very bad I was a topper till class 10th but now my studies are affecting very much due to concentration and eyesight and also fatigue please please please help only one question if I stop masturbating will it improve my eyesight.

Hello..... Masturbation does not affect eye sight... Eye sight affects due to late night studying, nutritional deficiency, wrong sitting position during studying....... Firstly eat healthy diet including all green leafy veges and fresh fruits....... Vitamin C rich fruits are good..... Carrots are very good for eyes.. Eat them in salad or as juice....... Do exercises for increasing eye sight...... During studying sit straight and also read in full light..... These will help you to improve eye sight.... For more advice you can consult me..... Hi, Take tab. R-Compound 2-2-2 after food and tab. Mahavatavidhwamsa Ras 1-1-1 for 10-15 days. Apply Rhue oil to the affected joints and massage for 10 mins and then give hot water fomentation. Keep moving the joints frequently to increase the blood circulation to that part.

Hi cold with cough and phelgem is the sign of upper and lower respiratory tract infection both also this can cause some weakness. Hence I would suggest you to visit an ent specialist doctor and get yourself examined properly and get a legit prescription for medications. Regards.

Hi I'm a 20 year old boy with a height of 5'9" It's enough but not for me because I want a carrier in Modeling so I want to be 6 feet. I'm doing a lot of exercises in the morning like running for 20 minutes, 40-50 Pushups, 80 Squats, Sprint, Hanging and some stretching too. And I'm taking a high Protein diet (Approx 100g protein per day) with limited Carbs and Fats and also less saturated Fat and High Unsaturated. My sleep is also good. I sleep for 8 hours. I'm taking Multivitamins and Calcium with Vitamin D3 tablets too. I'm taking 1 litre milk per day because Calcium is very Important for bones. I'm taking Soy Products too. I'm taking proteins too. I'm taking enough Fruits and Dry fruits also. I know I have made a Paragraph about this but this is it. I think I'm doing enough for my body. I'm doing this all things from 4 months. I'm build Athletic and a little Muscular. Any advice, herbal medicine or anything to grow taller 3 inches. Please tell me. Thank You.

There is no medicine, allopathy, ayurved, or any other science for increasing height. I repeat, no medicine can increase your height. The anabolic steroids stunt growth by closing epiphyses. So don't try that also. After 20 height grows by about 1 inch every 3 years. Build body, muscles. But height cannot be increased. If growth is reduced, by malnutrition, then it can restored. But artificial increase in height is impossible. Don't chase false claims and advertisements.
