Hot fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction. Sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily bhujang asana x 15 timesx twice daily core strengthening exercises. Back stretching.

Do take ift and laser therapy for pain relief for 10 days followed by strengthening exercise from neuro physiotherapist best wishes.

Last month in bike accident my leg got fracture. I tried ayurvedic treatment. But my leg not settled properly. Could you set it with out operation?

Hi it's good that you do warm up and cool down exercise. Just keep yourself hydrated, sip water before, during and after exercise. You can also keep check on calcium and vit. D levels.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

I am a 22 year old boy and got hurt on my femur with someone's knees. I tried all home remedies but pain still exists. His knees strikes on my femur and the part got swollen but the bone is safe. I applied pain relieving sprays but still the part is swollen and became red. I'm having problem in walking like climbing slopping surface because have to apply a greater force to climb up. Please help me in subsiding the pain. One more question - my face is full of pimples. I drink enough water per day to fulfill the need of water and to keep my stomach cool. I take medicines for my pimples but they are not subsiding. Please give me tips so that I can restore my face to the original one. Thank you.

Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.. .apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with chandrika soap

Low back pain is quite normal in pregnancy but not so common in initial days of pregnancy. This is because of hormonal change during pregnancy. You can prevent it by attending some local course of Physio and yoga for the same. Avoid medicine. Yes hot water fomentation will be helpful.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and mannual therapy will help in painfree movement. Neck advice neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Take frequent breaks at work. Core strengthening exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck. Back pain. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation.

Sir, i have back left lumber spin pain since 2 months. unable to stand/sit more than 3 hours. no pain while sleeping. mri scan report is" bulging disc with broad central left paracentral protrusion at l5-s1 level narrowing spinal canal, left lateral recess, indending the the cal sac, bilateral moderate inferior neural foraminal compromise & slightly indenting the traversing nerve roots on lest side. is it must to go for surgery, can it recovered with physiotherapy?

Yes u can start spinal extension exercises and physio IFT, ultrasound take a lumbar belt support and do not sit on the floor, using indian toilet, lifting heavy weights and forward bending. Thanks and regards Dr. Ritesh kharnal

It's due to playing football, now apply ice give rest, if your having severe pain consult physio. Don't strain muscles try to avoid cycling, staircase, prolonged standing, and walking etc. After reducing pain you have strengthen your muscles. Try to do some physical activity at least daily 30 to 45 minutes. Then you won't face this type of pain.
