Bending over the sink to shave, wash your face, or brush your teeth can put tremendous pressure on the lumbar discs, especially for the first hour and a half after rising. Shaving in the shower helps to limit bending at the waist. An inexpensive mirror placed in the shower can help reduce disc irritation. Also, remember that the first hour and a half in the morning is the most dangerous time to bend forward at the waist. Always limit bending at the waist, but especially early in the day.

  • Shaving in the shower will protect the lumbar disc by eliminating the need to bend over the sink.
  • You may avoid early morning flexion by also brushing your teeth in the shower. To prevent injury while shaving or brushing your teeth at the sink, use a foot stool for one leg and pivot at the hips. Use your free hand to provide additional support on the countertop.
  • Utilizing a foot stool may also help to reduce pressure on the lower back.You may avoid early morning flexion by also brushing your teeth in the shower. Hi, Take cap. Flexy Forte 1 cap 2 times a day after food and apply Rumalaya liniment to the affected joints and gently massage for 10-15 mins in circular motion. Avoid potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas, channa, newly harvested rice, jackfruit, etc. Walk daily for 30 mins.

Usually, this kind of back pain is because of awkward posture while studying, so try to change the position every 1 hr. To reduce pain timely apply ice packs and do back muscle stretching that will help you.

Ok avoid long sitting and toward bending tk break between work. Tk heat fermentation twice a day and tk rest if it work then ok other wise tk physiotherapy treatment and stretching exercise in daily routine it will help you.

I am having arthritis. Getting pain in all joints. Please suggest me good medicine.

It is called as Rheumatic arthritis. If your pain is more in the distal joints, ie. In the upper limbs if the pain is present in the fingers/wrist and in the lower limbs it the pain is present in the toes/ ankle, then we shall definitely say it is Rheumatic arthritis. Wear elbow brace and wrist brace which will make her to feel warm and that will make the joints become firm. Hot water fermentation will help Knee cap will also help to prevent the damaged cartilages. If your pain is more in the distal joints, ie. In the upper limbs if the pain is present in the fingers/wrist and in the lower limbs it the pain is present in the toes/ ankle, then we shall definitely say it is Rheumatic arthritis. Which joints you have pain? If your proximal joints (ie. Shoulder, hip & knee has pain) then you can pour hot (warm) water in that area to reduce the inflammation. If you have pain in the distal joints ie. Wrist, fingers, ankle, toes then you can wear either elbow brace or wrist brace which will help you to feel warm and very protective. And also immerse the distal joints in the hot water tub which will help you to reduce the pain. Consult the near by physiotherapy clinic and also consult a general physician to check with your ESR levels to check whether you have inflammation The sound what you hear is called as Crepitus /ˈkrɛpɪtəs/ (also termed crepitation) is a medical term to describe the grating, crackling or popping sounds and sensations experienced under the skin and joints or a crackling sensation due to the presence of air in the subcutaneous tissue. Popping Knees and Crackling Knuckles. Occasionally hearing pops, snaps, and crackles when you bend your knees doesn’t necessarily mean you have arthritis. The kneecap (patella) is the small, convex bone that sits at the front of the knee, shielding the joint.

you are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medications which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we might have to get some investigations like dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. Revert back.

. Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.

Hi Initially take following precautions 1) stop normal physical activity for couple of days. 2) apply hot fermentation 3)do not do activities that involves heavy lifting or twisting of your back for few days 4)after 2 to 3 weeks, slowly begin to exercise 5)avoid wearing high heals and lifting heavy bags. Your question is not very clear. According to your question your right testicle is both normal and swollen. Anyways please tell me for how long you have faced this problem.
