Hello, * headache, is caused due to stress, anxiety, depression & hyper -acidity, loss of sleep and drug abused. * the above all d conditions are due to irregular life style. * take, plenty of water to eliminating toxins. * go for meditation for 30 mnts. Homoeo-care*** @ spigelia 1000-4 drops, once awk. @ natrum mur 200-4 drops, thrice a day * take digestible diet avoidng junk food. Report your progress, fortnightly take care.

Hello lybrate-user, weight loss is not a gimmick. Eating salad in breakfast has no magical value. Excess weight is a lifestyle related issue and it can be surely treated with intensive lifestyle modification program. Most people who are fat are made to feel that it is because you lack will power, you are lethargic and a weak person. But that is definitely not true. It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. Most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Instead of correcting metabolism, they make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. I am sure you did not gain this much weight suddenly but over a period of time. To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If you have tried this in past or if it does not work, then approach us for weightloss package of 6 months by lifestyle modification - combination of nutritional plan, stress management, exercise prescription for your current fitness level and sleep improvement, (if required). 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day. My best wishes.

Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days.

I am doing a two days jog (5 km) and one day gym to get weight loss and muscle tone, eating proper protien food about 90 to 100 grams. Is it good way what I'm doing? I lost my first ten kg of weight very fast after its taking more time to loss with the same food, why?

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hi, the best way to reduce your fat is to do exercise and control the diet. Dieting have limitation in fat reducing the best way is to exercise daily once you start the exercise, you will see the change in your body. Then you will continue it regularly wake up early in the morning 2-3 glasses of luke warm water on your empty stomach add fruits and vegetables to your diet avoid rice, junk and fatty food drink 2 ltrs of water daily. You should be very active at this age. Do not be lazy and start doing exercise. Exercise not only brings you physical fitness it makes you mentally fit too.

Hi Thank you for posting your query I understand your concern. Melalite cream is used for the treatment of dark spots and patches on skin It takes around 3 weeks time for you to start noticing the difference and many more days to achieve the desired results Do not worry but keep doing a follow up with your dermatologist every 2-3 week so that she can examine the changes and prescribe accordingly Any treatment in skin takes time. Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.
