I eat lot of thing BT I am unable to gain weight. What should I do or what should I eat to gain weight?
I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

Migrae migraine is more of a preventable disease than curative. You have to identify the triggers of your headache and avoid them. Avoid exposure to bright light, loud sound, sunlight. Avoid stress. Avoid chocolate and coffee. Have enough sleep. Drink 3-4 litres of water daily.

I often get cold what should I do to stay healthy and build my immunity strong? Suggest me something.

There are several things you can do to prevent a cold—they are all easy and inexpensive and worth the effort. Wash your hands often-with soap and warm water.The germs stick to the soap and get washed down the drain. Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. Cover Your Mouth and Nose When You Sneeze or Cough- Clean your hands every time you cough or sneeze. Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Nose, or Mouth-Germs are often spread when a person touches a contaminated surface and then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth. Stay Home When You’re Sick-Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, don’t smoke, manage stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food so you can fend off viruses. Take healthy balanced diet...like boiled eggs.daily in breakfast .. Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. Routinely clean and disinfect common areas of your home. Treatment:There is a gradual 1-3 day onset of symptoms. It often starts out as a sore throat, then a fever and coughing. As the cold progresses, the nasal mucus may thicken which is the last stage before the cold dries up. A cold usually lasts for a week or two. But, taking good care of yourself at home can relieve symptoms and help prevent complications if you are otherwise healthy. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn’t need medical treatment. Complications include bacterial infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs which must be treated with antibiotics. In general you should: • get plenty of rest so your body can use its energy to fight the cold • staying at home will keep you from spreading germs • drink plenty of liquids like herbal tea or hot broth/vegetable/tomato soups. Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can keep you from getting enough sleep Runny Nose and Sneezing- if you have post nasal drip, gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. Drink extra fluids. (avoid sugary and high calorie drinks) Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation • Tablet Nasorest-P once/twice daily may reduce the amount of mucous. • Humidify the rooms you are in most or your whole house if possible. • Do steam inhalation once or twice daily Cough-Coughing is how your body gets rid of debris and mucus from the airways during a viral infection. Unless your cough is severe or is keeping you from resting at night, it is better not to treat it. A severe cough can be treated with a cough syp, but don’t try to completely stop the cough. There are two types of coughs. Productive and non-productive or dry cough. Non-productive, dry cough. A dry, hacking cough may develop near the end of a cold. Dry coughs that follow viral colds are often worse at night and can last up to several weeks. Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough. Cough drops can sooth an irritated throat, but most don’t affect the cough. Productive cough. A productive cough is one that brings up mucus from the back of the throat or the lungs. Productive coughs should not be suppressed to the point they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. Drink lots of water if you have a productive cough. Head and Body Aches- Take tablet dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily

Hi Take ½ glass of carrot juice + Add ½ glass of spinach juice + Mix well + Drink this juice to cure headache 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the dark spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6. Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7. Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight.

Hives can be caused with an allergy or urticaria. It is a common problem. You should avoid the food that causes it (you need to keenly observe what it is). If the situation is controlled, and not extreme, tale an urticare (antihistamine) tablet easily available at pharmacy. You may apply camphor in coconut oil for relief.

Dear friend, why you are calling unhealthy, you look slightly under weight. Please start taking balance diet and a lot of water daily. Add some salad, fruits, milk and some extra proteins in this. Also start some physical exercise like running. Take proper sleep and avoid stress. Tell your progress after one month to guide further.

I am suffering from great fear of death and aging causing anxiety insonomia and angity. I am taking mirtazapine 7.5 and esclitopramplus .I am feeling good. You may continue taking the prescribed medicines, but I think time you realised that medicine is giving you only interim relief, the moment you stop taking medicine, you begin to feel uncomfortable. Our physical reactions are not only controlled physiologically but are impacted by our thought process. I recommend that you meet a psychologist and work on your feelings and thoughts- unless you challenge the irrationality of your fears and your thoughts, you will continue having these difficulties. Eventually you will land up taking higher doses of the medicines to calm yourself. Yoga and sudharshan kriya are good ways of relaxation but you will require cognitive behaviour therapy (cbt), or some other form of psychotherapy as a permanent solution to your fears.

Take low calorie high protein low sodium diet. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals. Do exercise regularly. Don't drink water immediately after meals. Don't take rice at night.

Hello Manju, it might be due to sun exposure , post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. It may not be always suggestive of fatty liver may be freckles or Melasma. Use a good sunscreen and can go for USG abdomen to rule out fatty liver.

Hi dark circles usually have a underlying cause like iron deficiency. So check your iron levels that will help in deciding the course of action. For temporary solutions use cucumber juice or aloevera juice around the eyes to lighten the dark circles. As for weight gain eatfoods that are dense in nutrients and calories help in weight gain. Whole grains, nuts, butter of nuts, potatoes, bananas, beans rich in proteins. Make sure your meals are high on complex carbohydrates and proteins. Milkshakes with fresh fruits will help weight gain. Consider taking protein shakes. A minimum of 500 calories can be increased per day.

Take tab. Calpol or Crocin 3 times in a day. Do gargle with salt water gargle 3 times in a day. At night, drink a cup of warm milk after adding half teaspoon of Turmeric powder in it. Mostly it will give relief. If not relived after 24 hours, feel free to consult me, so I can guide you further.

For a healthy weight gain Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit
