I'm suffering from left knee pain as I fell down from chair my knee was twisted. Doctor suggested me to do physiotherapy. And I'm using knee brass and elastic band for knee there is no use. Since 9 months has gone there is some pain while walking. Standing. And going steps to go upstairs of my office I can't able to go upstairs please help.

If your knee is paining since 2 weeks, then you have to rethink whether you had any injury in the previous years. I also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. As arthritis is very common if anyone would've neglected any injury in the previous years. You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation.

I got a chubby belly whether I'm not fatty but I wish to have six pack so how do I lose thse belly fats?
Having a 6 pack abds is not easy. One has to be completely focused and dedicated to achieve it. It takes almost a year to build it up. For that you need to do intense weight training and eat a very clean diet. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 3 times weights and 3 times cardio 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Focus on losing weight and your negative thoughts will change to positive. Eat minimum fats and carbs, more proteins, simple foods like toned milk and curds. Exercise is good for body and mind. Learn to focus on one thing at a time when negative feelings prop up. Do some activities which require focusing like reading good books, some job to do on computers, some social work like teaching little kids for an hour a day or helping your over worked mother in kitchen. Do try for a month and write back to get more guidance from any of us here.

Take 1-1 tab chitrakdi vati and shool vajrini vati twice a day after lunch and dinner. Pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna 1/2 tsp with warm water two times a day. Take pranacharya virechan churna in warm water before sleep. Avoid tea coffee. Spicy food. Junk food. Fermented food.
