I am a 38 years old married working woman. I have been experiencing severe pain in my butts since last 8-10 months. It starts 2-3 days before my periods and lasts till 7-8 days post my periods. Effectively it is there 15 days in a month. Had shown it to a doctor earlier who gave me medicines for 3 months. Till the time I was on medication the pain was under control. However, it is back again. What's the reason for this pain and what is the remedy for it?

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Kindly consult a lady doctor as well.

From d past one month I am having a pain in my heel area of my right leg. Actually this pain started 2-3 years back but it happen only sometimes but now I am suffering from pain from past 1 month. Hello, You should reduce your weight if you are obeased. Tk, plenty of water to hydrate your body. Go for meditation to reduce your stress nourishing your whole body. Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

I understood your problem. You go for physiotherapy treatment. Ultrasound on shoulder joint. Swd, tens place over the neck and back region. Some exercises he or she will demonstrate to you.

Do hot saline fomentation, get your blood tested for sugar and uric acid to rule out diabetes and gout, wear only sports shoes while going out of house.

For eye irritation pl go for triphala kwath eye wash and other uses of triphala such as triphala ghrit. Back pain will be addressed by triphala ghrit and other vatnashak choorna such as hingwastak if used as per directions. Ten herbal roots kwath will eradicate it.

I have a problem of calcification in Achilles tendon due to which i couldn't even walk properly. I have tried a lot of doctors but problem couldn't be solved by any. Is there any treatment for this disease?

Ignore those activities that gives you pain, do not walks on hard surfaces that may increase your pain. Else you can visit the nearby orthopaedic doctor for further treatment.

I am suffering from back pain and i've tried medicines but there isn't any relief in the pain.

I am suffering from back pain and i've tried medicines but there isn't any relief in the pain.
This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear Lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear MCR chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back.
