Pcod is not a disease, it is a disorder and there is nothing you can do in one month. She has to alter her life style, her diet. She has to be active physically like exercise and walks daily and high protein, low carb and low fat diet. Weight has to be maintained. Juice of potato for controlling hair fall lack of vitamins and minerals can cause dry and brittle hairs which can trigger hair fall. Potato can be a good remedy to control hair fall in this case. Potato is rich in vitamin b6, vitamin c, manganese, phosphorus, copper and niacin which can be helpful for boosting hair growth. Crush some cleaned potato and squeeze out the juice. Now apply this fresh juice directly onto your scalp and hairs. Leave on for 30 minutes to an hour but do not let the pack get dry. Wash off with plenty of water. Grape seed oil controls hair loss grape seed oil is an effective natural hair conditioner and moisturizer. It can address hair issues like hair loss, dandruff and weakened hair. You can use grapeseed oil as a regular hair care product to get healthy hairs. Grape seed oil contains anti-oxidants that might be effective to control dht production at the hair roots, which happens to be one of the main reasons of hair fall. Simply massage your scalp and hairs regularly at night with this oil, let it seep in overnight and wash off with a cleanser in the morning. Safflower oil for hair fall for preventing hair loss and baldness safflower oil can be used. This oil is rich in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids which are vital for healthy hairs. You can find two varieties of safflower oils in the market, both of which can be used for hair care. Safflower oil is helpful for permed, colored and dry hair. Use safflower oil for massaging the scalp. Leave it on overnight and rinse in the next morning. Use it every alternate day to get healthy hair.

How to improve digestion naturally? In my case I am eating a lot but health is not improving. I am not felling strong but I am taking nutritious food everyday. First of all make sure that your stomach is not having any worms in it. Sometimes people have worms in the stomach and they don't realise it and are unable to die just food properly. To have a very good dietician start drinking fennel tea twice a day. Put 1 table spoon saaunf (fennel) in water and boil that water. After boiling it remove the fennel and drink the water. Do it twice a dt for 3 months. Secondly after eating your meals do not drink of water for 90 minutes. Give a gap of 90 minutes and then drink water. After every meal walk for at least 15 to 20 minutes.

Hello Lybrate user, 1. See whether you have severe dandruff ? if yes do antidandruff treatment your hair fall will stop. If the scalp is itching you actually have dandruff problem. 2. Start with Biotin supplement capsules one every night for 30 days, it helps to reduce hair fall 3. Apply medicated oil (Nilibhringyadi taila, Vatajatadi taila etc. according to your scalp type) trice in a week to the hair, avoid use of chemicals to your hair like gel, colouring, straightening 4. Dont have oily, spicy, salty food, alcohol, nonveg (meat), carbonated drinks as they increase hairfall 5. Do not often be active sexually with your partner or masturbarate as it increases hairfall (Androgenic Alopecea- type of hairfall common in males) 6. Stress can be a reason, dont get angry or anxious too much. 7. Prefer veg diet and fruit juices. 8. Avoid direct sunlight as it increase hairfall. 9. Washing hair properly is very important as use soft towel to dry them , dont harshly treat your hair 10. Do not have bath over hair with high salty level water (water from borewell, hand pumps) 11. See whether your dad or uncle or brother have same hairfall problem as it can be hereditary 12. If you sweat alot it will cause dandruff in hairs so wash them properly with ayurvedic medicated shampoo. 13. If you have chronic acidity, it will require treatment as it increases hairfall rate. Everyone has a growth of hair but when rate of hairfall is double the grow rate then the hair fall is visible. So it is more important to stop the hairfall first then you can concentrate on hair growth. Having the correct food and supplements assure that you have a proper hair growth. 14. The medicines best of Hairfall depends upon them cause of your problem and there is no straight forward medicines in Ayurveda like allopathy any normal medicine may also be useful if the exact cause is known. Hello. Use some home methods:- 1. Lemon is very good in decreasing spots. Apply lemon juice on spots with help of cotton. Stay it for 15 mins then wash with plain water. After this apply sunscreen on face. Use this only on spots. 2. Tomato juice is also good. Apply this on face for few mins then wash with plain water. 3. Multani mitti is also good. Mix it with rose water and apply on face till it dry. Then wash with plain water. 4. Coconut oil is also good. Apply it on face or on spots twice a day. All these will help you. I have a daughter who is 8years old. I also have a son who is 6years old. My daughter is very sensitive and therefore most of the times she is in extreme mood either happy or sad. If she is sad, she will cry for every small things, incident. We try very hard to remain calm and composed with her but her problem of this over sensitivity is too much. She also has this feeling that we like son more than her which is definitely the case. She also do not listen to us and when things go wrong she repents by weeping a lot. Kindly advise I have not consulted any psychologist.

She may have a genuine problem about the attention the son is getting as compared to her. She may not realize that she is contributing more and more to this discrepancy – after all she is still a child. Her sensitivity may have everything to do with this issue. But she is attracting a lot of negative attention, because for her, any attention is better than no attention. Even so, the sensitivity may be inherited from her parents, if there is any truth to that. There could be factors like prenatal influences too that may be contributing to this. You will do well to meet with a child psychologist and get continuous guidance to affect some positive change. In the meantime do give her a lot of attention proactively. If you give it reactively she will develop a manipulative method, inadvertently. Take her out to play, spend quality time with her in non-stressful ways like visiting friends and relatives, movies, trips, events and activities, and many more such things. You can affect a move from the negative to the positive, if you do it ingeniously. Do not give attention for any negative behavior but make those same situations into positive ones. If you get caught up in her game, you will only feed into further sensitivity. She is amenable to change because she is so young and you as parents are well aware to want that change.

My she friend is of age 37. She was having headaches from more than a year. With headaches she also felt nausea. We consulted a doctor and he identified it as a migraine, but he also suggested us to to CT-SCAN. So we did that and in report apart from every thing normal, we got "Impression: Mild Senile cerebral Atrophy" I want to know is it related to headaches she was having and what should be the next step and how dangerous it is?

Migraine cannot be cured completely but treatment helps. Avoid triggers. If certain foods or odors seem to have triggered your migraines in the past, avoid them. Reduce your caffeine and alcohol intake and avoid tobacco. In general, establish a daily routine with regular sleep patterns and regular meals. In addition, try to control stress. Exercise regularly. Regular aerobic exercise reduces tension and can help prevent migraines. If your doctor agrees, choose any aerobic exercise you enjoy, including walking, swimming and cycling. Warm up slowly, however, because sudden, intense exercise can cause headaches. Obesity is also thought to be a factor in migraine headaches, and regular exercise can help you maintain a healthy weight or lose weight.

Yes theres is treatment for gum recession. U can go for flap surgery after proper scaling and root planning treatment. The results are visible only after a month and you need to maintain proper oral hygiene.

For loosing weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water and I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months.

According to Ayurveda, ashwagandha (scientific name: Withania somnifera), also known as Indian ginseng, helps increase height. Ashwagandha contains various minerals that broaden the bone skeleton as well as its density. This in turn increases your height. You can easily find ashwagandha in an herbal store. 1. Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 2. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 3.
