An epilator is an electrical device used to remove hair by mechanically grasping multiple hairs simultaneously and pulling them out. Yes, it is useful for hair removal. Pass it lightly over your skin in a circular motion over the area where you want to remove hair. The spinning heads will grasp your hairs and pull them out. It will take about thirty seconds to finish epilating any given area.

Cocoa butter is famous for its anti-wrinkling and anti-aging properties. It helps in enhancing the blood circulation, which reduces stretch marks. Massage the affected area with cocoa butter at least two times a day. Repeat the process for two months and notice the reduced scars. Else, mix half cup of cocoa butter with one tablespoon of wheat germ oil, one teaspoon of tea kernel oil, two teaspoons of grated beeswax, and vitamin E oil. Heat the mix until the beeswax melts. Apply it on the stretch marks twice or thrice a day. The mixture can be stored in a sealed box in the refrigerator.------------------------------. Physical Exercise One must regularly do physical exercises, like abdominal crunches, sit-ups, swimming, etc. Which tone the underlying muscles and remove the ugly stretch marks. •For Stretch Marks on Hips and Buttocks: Lie down flat on your back. Relax for a few minutes. Then, lift one leg creating a 90 degree angle. Lift it until you feel a pull on your buttocks. Try the same on the other leg. Slowly, increase your pace and strain on the hips, buttocks, and thighs. •For Stretch Marks on Bottom: You are required to lie down facing the floor. Put your arms on the side. Lift your right leg up and then down. Repeat the same with left leg. Raise your leg at least 3-6 inches off the floor. Note- For best results, practise 20 lifts for above exercise thrice a week.---------------------------------- Useful Tips •Consume protein, zinc and Vitamin C rich foods in abundance. Green salad, milk, fish, nuts and citrus fruits help a lot in diminishing stretch marks. •Do yoga and other physical exercises on the regular basis. •Pregnant women should not use creams and solutions, prepared from chemicals. Dear Ms. lybrate-user,the first thing I would suggest for you is to stop using a hair oil for controlling your hair loss, WHY?BECAUSE IT will not WORK. Oils were used in the olden days to moisturise the hair and to ease combing. Regarding your hair loss, consult a dermatologist who will prescribe the necessary investigations.In addition to that he/she will also do a trichoscope examination of your hair to find out the type of hair loss you are suffering from. Based on their findings along with the investigations treatment can be initiated with oral supplements, daily use lotions, mild shampoos and if required mesotherapy or PRP therapy. Do increase your daily intake of protein as well. I hope this answers your query!

The recent memory loss may have to do with the hormonal imbalance that took place very recently. This could be that you are under some stress from that period. Natural concentration is when the mind can hold a thought for a long time, when thoughts are under our own control. Without concentration the mind goes here, there and everywhere, jumping like a monkey from branch to branch, idea to idea. When there is a natural concentration, we can control our mind and there is peace. This one-pointed concentration on a thought, holding it for as long as we like, gradually collects strength in the mind and in the self. A strong mind is a mind that is peaceful, stable, satisfied and can remain in the deeper meaning of a thought. There is no waste caused by over-thinking, or the high speed of thought: These are the two greatest diseases of the mind these days, which is why there is so much stress and mental breakdown. Stress can foil concentration and learning ability. Although concentration is different to memory, they can affect each other. Concentration precedes memory. If you are under stress your concentration will go for a toss, then naturally memory will be totally foiled. So meet with a counselor to take care of the stress and your memory will happily return. You can follow these simple rules in the meantime: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid all junk food.

Yes. She can drink any juice. She can take bajra, ragi, nachani ki roti. She should take green leafy vegetables, dry fruits, sprouted beans, fruits, milk etc.

Dark discoloration of the skin under the eye is mainly referred to as dark circles. It is also known as dark rings or shadows. Some of the main causes behind the formation of dark circles are heredity, aging, dry skin, prolonged crying, working for long hours in front of a computer, mental or physical stress, lack of sleep and an unhealthy diet. Both men and women of different age groups can have dark circles rub your skin with citrus. Citrus fruits contain abundant amounts of vitamin c, also known as ascorbic acid. Vitamin c helps slough off the top layer of skin without causing damage. Here are some ways to use it. O squeeze some juice and dab it on your skin. Women have used straight lemon juice to lighten their skin for centuries, but you can use an orange, grapefruit or lime if you prefer. Slice the fruit in half and squeeze the juice into a cup or bowl. Using a cotton ball, dab it onto your dark spots. Leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse off. Repeat once or twice a day. O make a lemon and honey face mask. Combine the juice of half a lemon with 2 teaspoons of honey. Mix well, and apply to your face. Leave it on for 30 minutes, then rinse well. O make a citrus and powdered milk scrub. Combine 1 teaspoon each of water, powdered milk and the juice of your favorite citrus fruit. Mix into a soft paste and massage into your skin. Rinse well. O for treatment ask privately.

Hi, heaviness and burning sensation in the stomach are due to acidity. When acidity is severe, nausea also occurs and you will not be able to eat in normal quantity. Take cap. Stomotone 1-1-1 after food for 2-3 weeks and himcocid syrup 2tsf 3 times daily before food to control burning sensation in the stomach and chest take. Madiphala rasayana 2tsf 3 times a day to stop vomitting. Avoid hot and spicy food. Eat small quantities frequently. Drink plenty of water. Never miss your breakfast. Avoid excess intake of coffee and tea.

Dear, the first step is to evaluate if the cancer has spread from the breast to other areas. This will require certain tests including mammography of the other breast, chest xray, ultrasound scan of the abdomen and some blood tests. Treatment will include surgery to remove the cancer, radiation therapy, chemotherapy (injections) and hormonal therapy (tablets). Please visit a cancer institute as suggested as soon as possible. Hordes of men are oblivious to the various ways they can help their companions achieve an orgasm. Many are unaware about the differences in mechanism between male and female orgasm and thus they tend to entertain certain preconceived notions about female sexuality. This adds to the confusion. Moreover, owing to a high amount of misinformation among the general public, certain myths have become prominent facts.

The following are the five common myths about female sexuality:

Myth 1: Sex always ends with orgasm
A common misconception is that the final product of intercourse is always orgasms. This has been proved somewhat otherwise by a study which concluded that only 30% of women are able to achieve orgasm from intercourse alone. Most women require further clitoral stimulation to reach climax.

Myth 2: Law of equals
Contrary to popular stance, not all sex positions are made equal. Some positions such as woman-on-top and doggy style are more likely to lead to orgasms in women, as they are created to provide greater clitoral stimulation.

Myth 3: Multiple orgasms are easy
Women are favored in this respect. They have the ability to achieve multiple orgasm but that doesn't necessarily mean that all women have them and that too effortlessly. Don't let the movies fool you. As even for those who do experience that, it is not a regular occurring.

Myth 4: Protection protects you from having good sex
This is a completely incorrect maxim. That is because safe sex prevents you from worrying about pregnancies and STDs and facilitates greater attention to your partner. In addition, nowadays ribbed condoms are available which provide extra pleasure during intercourse.

Myth 5: Penetration is the key to orgasm in women
A study found that only 25% of its test subjects claimed to achieve orgasm by penetration alone. Even so, this number seems high, as it is likely that those women who achieved orgasm through penetration may have had some form of clitoral stimulation while at it.
