We will have to find out a cause for this, whether there is any compression in spine which is causing this or not. Please tell me whether you feel any pain in lower back region, any radiating pain in legs, numbness, paresthesias especially while walking for long distances. Have you got some evaluation and clinical tests done for all these, if yes please send me the detailed investigation reports and doctor's prescription papers so that I can see your diagnosis and advise you accordingly. Shoulder pain in this age group is usually due to impingement syndrome. You need to strengthen your shoulder muscles and scapular stabilisation exercises should be done.

I have been suffering from heel pain from last 10 months. I have tried everything icing, warm water, silicon gel insert, medicines,physiotherapy, acupuncture. I did x ray, it was it is planter fasciitis. Will it be ok to take steroid injection, where can I get this in Aurangabad Maharashtra?

Heel Pain:Get treated with Ultrasonic therapy which would directly heal the calcaneal spur (inflammation of the calcaneum bone) which causes the heel pain in majority of the cases. Along with ultrasonic therapy, shortwave diathermy also can be given. Simultaneously it is better to wear MCR chappals (micro cellular rubber) which will help to transfer the weight evenly in the feet so that the weight will be completely felt in the heel area. Simultaneously it is better to wear MCR chappals (micro cellular rubber) which will help to transfer the Plantar Fascitis weight evenly in the feet so that the weight will be completely felt in the heel area. You shall do contrast bath to relieve this pain. Contrast bath is nothing but keeping in one tub hot water (bearable heat) and in another tub cold water Ask your father to apply ice in the painful area which would definitely help to greater extent. If still the pain persists then it is better to keep TENS stimulation at one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics.

Hi. My wife had a severe backache and severe vitamin d problem since 2 years. She is 31. I visited the doctor in forte but he told me to do MRI. I did MRI for bit doctor didn't say anything. He gives me pain killers. But during taking medicines. I got dizziness, and feeling sleepy whole day. And my wife can't get relief from pain. Where and which doctor I visit. BACK ACHE sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. (b) use no pillow under the head. (c) kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days (d) do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises (e) make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take (f) do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. (g) if no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again

Dear user, go for inferential and ultrasonic therapy to reduce pain. Do some back strengthening excercises to gain strength. Avoid long standing. Sitting posture must be cirrect. Driving more than 40 kms. Take a halt for 5 mins and move.

Try some remedies for joint pain: -ice packs can be used to soothe hot, swollen joints. -heat packs help to relax tense, tired muscles. -splinting of swollen or painful joints may be helpful, a physiotherapist or an occupational therapist (ot) may provide temporary splints for you. -pace yourself: overdoing things can increase your pain, but so can not doing enough. Your physiotherapist can advise you on increasing your activity level at a rate you can cope with and on finding the right balance between rest and activity. -take regular graded exercise: graded exercise starts slowly and increases in small steps. This will help you to strengthen your muscles and joints and increase your fitness. Improving your general fitness and stamina will help you to increase your activity level without increasing your pain. -mobilising, stretching and strengthening: your physiotherapist will assess your muscle strength and the range of movement in your joints, and advise on techniques and exercises so you can keep your joints working as well as possible. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall.
