Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Your back pain could be postural/mechanical due to your work etc. Do some hot fomentation and back exercises to strengthen your back muscles.

I am 55 year old I have a problem in my right hand last two fingers are in bending position.

Is it since birth? or developed later in life. It could be due to cervical spondilosys rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do neck & back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Calf stretches standing calf stretch stand away from a wall and put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

I am a 23 year old guy. I have been experiencing backache from past few days. It starts when I wake up in the morning and stays throughout the day varying in magnitude. The center of the pain is on the back near shoulder, which affects my left hand. It pains dearly. I took some pain killers too. It tends to reduce but returns back after a few hours. I don't know if its a muscle pain or if I am having any problems with the bone there, as when I move my left arm ,i can hear the slight unusual sound of bones, you know when they rub against each other. What should I do?

This bad move may simply be a habit, but it will tend to become exaggerated whenever you are tired, ill, depressed, cold or stressed. A depressed chest often occurs along with a forward head alignment. The sternum, which is the front bone of the chest, is in a relatively lowered position. This results in poor ventilation, and decreased endurance may result.
