No, her ps and vsd, have got nothing to do with her feeding the boy on breast. Breast feeding is a secretory function of the glands mostly without any muscular action or increase in cardiac load, so she should continue doing so without apprehension. As far as her cardiac problem is there, follow the physician who has been treating her all the while.

Hello, there are many causes behind backache *any strain or sprain in the muscles or ligaments of the back during lifting of heavy objects is the main cause of the lower back pain. *sitting in the wrong posture for a very long time is another cause. *people suffering from constipation may also suffer from lower back pain. *sometimes sleeping on wrong type of beds can also cause pain in the back. Follow the tips *take rest or move about once in 1-2 hours in case of working in a constant position. *maintain a good posture while reading or working with computers. *take a high fibre content diet like vegetables, fruits, etc.

Hypothyroidism now a days is more an iodine deficiency disease, but it has become an autoimmune disease. In homoeopathy we give the medicine which makes the body generator, an adequate thyroid level, so that gradually body resume it's original functionality which is visible through the thyroid level test time to time, and gradually you can get rid of your altroxin as well, and may be after sometime you can stop homoeopathy medicine as your thyroid level remains normal afterwards. Avoid cabbage, cauliflower, soya in food. In majority of the cases irregular menses are accredited to hormonal imbalance, but in some cases it may be pathological and secondary to some pathology of ovaries mostly. Now if you want to regularized the menses then you must establish permanent balanced first and this can be achieved only with homoeopathy, because in modern medicine we get only a hormonal support with a very temporary relief. But with homoeopathy you can strike the hormonal balance permanently which later on also give you regular menses even if you stop the medicine.

Hi you can make slim body but slowly consistently. First stop taking all fried foods, junk, cream based foods. No butter, ghee, dalda, no oily too much parotha, puri foods. Very less rice. Go for high fibre based diet, whole grains, multi grains flour, take plain roti, phulka, vegetables low in potatoes, more gourd s like bitter, bottle, snake gourd etc. Do not consume nuts group, coconut, banana, mango. Sleep only at night 7 hrs. Most importantly you be dynamic, more working not sitting one place but outdoor at pollution free zone. Diet & exercises can help you best. Keep on regular but more exercises needed two times, mainly early morning max. Jogging, brisk walking & normal running must may be full of sweating. So consume more water & electrolytes. Diet must be balanced based low calorie all foods.

My fathers echo report says his heart function is 30-35%. So doctor suggested to do Angiography but he is not physically fit for angio till heart pumping will be normal 55-60%. Is there chances of blockages in angio report?

Just becoz ef is low is not an indication for angioplasty. If there is no chest pain and no rwma on echo and ecg is normal then angio is not needed.

According to ayurveda, when pitta (hot property of the body) increased in the body it leads to hair problems. And there things also necessary to keep in mind while treatment of hair problem:- 1. Poor nutritional level (lack of vitamins, minerals etc) 2. Stress and anger. For overcome this hair problem. 1. Take more green leafy vegetables which are easy to digest and contains vitamins, minerals etc. 2. Don't take fast food, junk food, oily food, spicy food, chinese, panjabi, potato, rice, heavy food etc which disturbs digestive system. 3. Manage streets and anger. It is most necessary. 4. Take a glass of milk two times in a day. 5. Morning walk / yoga asana / pranayama like shitali, shitkari etc/ deep breathing exercise / walking for an hour 5 days in a week. Regular do these. 6. Drink water 3 litres per day. It helps in absorption of nutrients in the abdomen. 7. Don't take opposite diets like milk and carrots, milk and sour fruits etc. 8. Don't suppress natural urges like urine, stool etc. 9. Avoid constipation. Take one spoon ghee in a glass of milk at night time for stool problem. 10. Don't use chemical base hair products. If you have diabetes (fasting >126 mg and pp >200 mg) then treatment with appropriate drugs is a must. By avoiding to take drugs you are inviting the serious long term complications of diabetes. Diabetes causes upset in carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism, it affects small and large blood vessels, affects eyes (retina), kidneys causing total failure, affect neres - neuropathy, affects lower limbs and heart. So proper treatment is absolutely essential. In addition to drugs, strict diet control and exercise to maintain or reduce weight is also necessary.

Hello. Running is good exercise to lose weight. Please eat protein rich food like meat milk eggs. Drink lots of water and fruit juices. Take proper rest. Include dry fruits like almonds dates in your diet to compensate weakness. Thanks.

Hi. Medication:- 1. Drakaharishta-10 ml with warm water before food twice a day 2. Kooshmanda rasayana-1tsp daily twice followed by milk. Tips:-1. In general, favor light, fresh foods. 2. Drink fresh juice: pomegranate and pineapple. 3. Take 1tbsp of ghee and add 1tbsp of sugar to it mix and lick this mixture little by little in empty stomach just before lunch and dinner. And then after 30 mins you can have your meals. - continue this for atleast a month to see the benifits 4. Make a habbit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee mixed or stirred into itwith little sugar. Here sugar is for taste. 5. Boost up your apittite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins. May be brisk walk, or just alittle bit of walking, dancing etc. 6. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. This should be taken empty stomach. It will also increase the hb%. Thus acts as two in one. 7. Try to remain calm and happy. This contentment is really required because this is always related to mind. Body and mind are interlinked. So well balanced state of body with mind is called as a healthy condition or the man is called healthy.

Use a roll-on and body mist both. Keep a body mist like watergirl with you all the time and keep spraying. Take bath twice and change clothes twice, daily (once in morning, once before sleeping or after getting home. Shave or wax time to time.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). (Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders). Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Management: -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

It is usually due to over exposure to the sun.... You may need to use a good sunscreen lotion..having spf 20 or more... Cover the skin as much as possible while going out... Take good nutritious food... including a multivitamin tablet... Also can apply some Skin Rejuvinating creams...
