Yes there's solution. First of all nidaanparivarjan i. E. Avoid the cause. Stop such eatables. Start deep breathing as far as medicine part is there, initially turmeric and neem with manjishtha may be taken as per directions. It has immense antiallergenic properties. Cleaning of gut by mild purgation is also essential to detoxify.

How should I Get cure from asthma?

MD, Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Ayurveda,
Asthma Tips Dos Consume healthy diet, include fresh vegetables and fruits. Manage your weight and restrict the intake of calories. People who areobeseare more likely to have more severe asthma symptoms. Stress quickly depresses the immune system. Learn to manage stress in personally effective ways. Follow an ?early-to-bed, early-to-rise? routine. Add a little dried ginger powder to your milk, and fresh ginger to your meals. Try to get some fresh air and sunshine each day. Exercise boosts the immune system but do it in moderation. Don?ts Avoid smoking. Smokingalways makes asthma worse. Avoid strenuous exercise Avoid sleeping during day time. Avoid exposure to rain, humidity, dust and pollens. Avoid consuming bananas, citrus fruits, ice-cream, cold drinks and fried foods. If you are allergic to specific food, better to avoid it. you are using an inhaler which contain good medicines for asthma and if you are not gaining results with it, then, either your diagnosis of asthma is wrong or use of inhaler technique is faulty or if both are correct then may be you need further stepping up of treatment

I have siness problem and im suffering a lot because of it. And dust allergy. Please give me suggestion.

MS - ENT,MBBS
Ear-Nose-Throat (ENT) Specialist, Kolkata
Dust allergy is partly genetic and partly environmental. Thus it never goes away. With better, less dusty environment  the extent if the problem gets reduced. Medicines help to downregulate the immune response of your body to these environmental allergens. Long term lifestyle  changes with gradually tapering medication  helps to tackle chronic sinus problems.  Start taking Steam inhalation twice a day. *For chronic allergic rhinosinusitis you will need to take a long term course of antibiotics  together  with Nasal sprays. *You will need to avoid dusty environment  and dust mites, animal dander etc. Regular cleaning of AC air filters. Wearing mask while driving 2 wheelers/working in dusty  areas Medical  management  is done for 3 months and then patients  condition is reviewed.  Intermittent treatment is not beneficial  in the long run. Around 30 %of people with allergic rhinitis  will develop Asthma if not treated. But majority of patients with asthma are allergic to dust. Active treatment  of nasal allergy reduces Asthma attacks and medicine requirements. This improve  quality of life.
