Consult with a normal physician first he/ she will suggest you further tests and consultation. Go for rehabilitation also this is not your age to face all these problems. Try to do yoga or some light exercise.

When I am sleeping and sitting under my chest pain coming tell me why it is coming sir/madam.
Chest pain have some reason-it may be cardiac that means heart related. It may be bronchial, it may be due to costochondritis, it may be due muscular pain. Soo that has to be ruled out. U should visit your nearby doctor to know the specific cause.

Dear your bp remains in normal range. There is no need to take medicines. Instead reduce your salt intake, exercise more and consume lots of fruits and vegetables.

Actually treating hypertension through homeopathy is really classic not just giving or prescribing medicine. It needs detailed case taking and analysing the exact cause is mandatory before prescribing. Thanks.

Every thing can't be guided by doctors after they perform special surgery like a bypass surgery which is like a new life given and healthy years added but only if patients do learn to take care of their health and share responsibility. Regarding oils, each one of oils you have mentioned is heart or health friendly for normal persons also. My own choice is mustard oil, small amount to saute the vegetables in an iron based thick vessel and then cook by steam using cooker if need be, it retains the nutrients and taste and doesn't give a look of boiled vegetables to be taken by patients because after bypass surgery one should learn to live as normal a life as possible but with caution. If frying to be done occasionally, use groundnut or soy oil and don't reuse it. Keep it aside to cook vegetables, as only a spoon will be used for half a kilo. Olive oil is good but for western style of cooking and we aren't sure about purity of the oil sold to us in india. Do eat good fats everyday, like a spoon of desi ghee or butter and a katori of assorted nuts. There's no need to change oils or follow the ads on tv, remember no oil is zero cholesterol.

For long sustained effect you may opt fpr Homoeopathy as the medicines are with no side effects and also shows a remarkable improvement. But you need to consult one Homoeopath with proper knowledge as it will need your proper case taking part for its accessment to medicine that will suit you only. You can for the time being take Raulfia Q (30 drops x BDPC) and can follow up with a proper physician. Thanks

Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation, yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .
