There is absolutely no harmful effect. There are only myths about it. One can do it whenever he/ she wants. But remember, anything in excess is not useful. If you are addicted to it, it can divert your attention and may cause loss of concentration in studies, works and family life.

Hello Niraj To achieve your goals 55kg weight you should follow some weight gaining tips. Getup early morning. Drink plenty of water. Do exercise and Yoga, kapalbhati. Kidney Failure - What Should You Know About it?

Often, early stages of kidney diseases do not come with specific signs and symptoms and most people will remain unaware of their condition. However, certain symptoms may be perceived that may indicate that a person is suffering from early stages of kidney failure. When you are diagnosed with kidney failure (also known as renal failure) in the initial stages, certain measures can be taken to retard the progression of the renal disease. This can also help reverse the condition and improve the quality of life of the patient. On the basis of a typical cause, the symptoms of kidney failure are grouped into specific categories that are given below. If you notice any of the specified renal failure symptoms, it is recommended to immediately fix up an appointment with your doctor and get your diagnostic tests done. 

Symptoms of Renal Failure from the accumulation of waste products in the body: 

  1. Metallic taste in mouth 
  2. Nausea and vomiting 
  3. Facing difficulty in concentrating 
  4. Loss of appetite 
  5. Aversion towards meat (protein aversion) 
  6. Itching or pruritus 

Symptoms of Renal Failure from the accumulation of fluid in the body: 

  1. Dyspnoea or shortness of breath (this happens due to the accumulation of fluid in the lungs).
  2. Swelling is seen in the feet, hands or face. 

Symptoms of Kidney Failure from damage to the kidneys: 

  1. The amount of urine production changes, though it is not a reliable sign Haematuria or blood in the urine (usually in microscopic quantity). 
  2. Frothiness or foam in the urine (usually happens when protein is present in the urine). 

Symptoms of Kidney Failure due to decreased blood production (anemia): 

  1. Dyspnoea or shortness of breath. 
  2. Fatigue Weakness. 
  3. Confusion If you happen to feel cold all the time. 

The following diagnostic tests will be performed by your doctor in order to determine whether the symptoms are the manifestation of a kidney failure or not: 

  1. Urine analysis - In this test, a sample of your urine is tested to find traces of blood, white blood cells or proteins which may indicate a problem in kidney function. 
  2. Blood Tests - This includes tests for BUN and creatinine in the blood which are usually removed from the blood if the kidneys function properly. 

Actions must be taken when you show signs and symptoms of kidney failure: 

It is common that the symptoms of early renal failure are not always prominent, but if any of the above symptoms are witnessed, it is recommended to consult a physician to determine whether they are caused by a kidney disease. You can pen-down the symptoms that you feel are related and bring it to the doctor when you fix up the next appointment. It is essential to know about your disease at the earliest as it will give you time and the ease of taking measures to retard the damage process and will decrease or delay the probability of undergoing dialysis or kidney transplant.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Take homoeopathic medicine graphites 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Apply jobarandi hair oil. I have a problem of hair fall and graying of hair. I have consulted the doctor and taking his prescription for last 6 months now my hair fall problem is solved but the problem of graying of hair is still there. He also prescribed the ALTRIS GEL for it but it g gave me a temporary results. My age is 25 male please prescribe me some medicine which will either reverse graying or stop graying of hair.

Used to be a very positive person. Used to trust people blindly. Until a certain point that i started to push everyone far away from me. Everything t came crashing down. I started to realise that i am failure in life education relationships. Cant take it anymore. Don't know what to do. Everywhere i go all i see is backstabbers betrayal dishonesty etc.

If it is true that, ?everywhere you go all you see is backstabbers, betrayal, and dishonesty, are you suggesting that you just discovered them? And have you just discovered that you are a ?failure in life, education, and relationships? Something went suddenly wrong. You are into your late adolescence, and may be a delayed adolescence too, that at this time the world may suddenly look bleak. This may be how you feel. The truth is that you are still young with a lot of possibilities in life. All this realizations must help you know what to do to reshape your outlook. So many great people have only become famous due to their ability to harness the gains from failure to support success. You can do it for sure, too. However, if you push ?everyone? away, you cannot succeed and may actively jeopardize your whole life. You can take now two tablets of mesoprostol and bleeding will occur within 4 hours. If bleeding doesn't occur, consult your nearest gynaecologist.
