Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

Hello, Looking at your age and rest of details, it looks like you are suffering from Porn/masturbation induced Erectile dysfunction. Regular excitement and masturbation by the use of porn result in two phenomenon, first the depletion of vital nutrient required for erection, from the body, secondly separation from natural sex due to over involvement in visual sex. Hello- this symptom suggest that you have a pitta prakruti and rakta sar body. This is one of the types of body structure mentioned in ayurveda the associated symtoms with this are feeling tingling sensation in sunlight, warm palms and soles, feeling hot flushes etc. Follow these regimen - 1) avoid excess spicy diet and eat more sweets. 2) milk and ghee will be beneficial for you. 3) coconut oil massage will provide soothing effects and will counter the heat effects. 4) ruhafja sharbat, gulkanda etc will be good for your health.

Uterine fibroids are benign growths, which originate in the walls of the uterus. They are also known as 'myomas' or 'fibromyomas' and their sizes tend to vary. You may not realize that you have a fibroid as they do not cause many problems.

The causes of uterine fibroids are: 

  1. Hormones: Hormones that stimulate the uterine lining to prepare it for the menstrual cycle are known to aid in the development of uterine fibroids.
  2. Genetic changes: Genetic changes in the cells of the uterus may lead to this disorder.

Ayurveda is a natural method of treatment that focuses on using various herbal remedies to cure a disorder. The ayurvedic remedies for uterine fibroids aim to boost the immune system and balance the hormones in the body. This allows the ovaries to function properly and thus allows the uterus to remain healthy.

The various ayurvedic remedies for uterine fibroids are:

  1. Curcumin: This remedy helps the body get rid of the free radicals due to its high antioxidant content. It helps in reducing the inflammation in the uterus and thus treat uterine fibroids.

Try to reduce weight and control cholesterol. Don't try to take drugs like viagra or others shown in tv/ newspaper as they can harm you. Kindly take, ashwagandha powder, 1 tsf in a glass of warm milk, twice a day, 1 hr after meals. Apply mahamasha thailam, over whole body and do gentle massage on alternate days, before bath. Avoid cold eatables in your routine like cold water etc. Continue the regime for 2 months. Good luck

Good Evening Doctors, I am 25 years old male from delhi. Last year I fall down from the bike suddenly due to a minor accident. After that some strain started in my back but I didn't notice that much after that I lifted around 20 kg of weight and then my pain became worse. Now, I am on continuously physiotherapy from last 3 months but I am not getting that much of relaxation. Sometime there is no pain, sometimes it is bearaup but sometime it become worst. And importantly it is radiating into the leg, and because of that there is so much pain in my lower leg. Hello lybrate user I would like to suggest you do some back muscle relaxation exercises, as you mentioned in your question that sometimes you are getting pain or sometimes you are feeling better it could be because of your change in position. You must notice at which particular position pain you are feeling pain in low back and as you told about leg pain, mostly because of back pain it occurs. You take hot formentation at home. Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

Only gymming n no equivalent diet is not going to give you the result you want as per your height your weight should be around 75 kgs. You need weight training n proper pure protein intake.

It need a picture to see whether it is dandruff or something else. It is normal to have gas in the stomach. Make sure the child's bowels are clear. After feeding the baby just hold him on your chest ant tap her back gently to release the gas. You can see him burbling.

.to gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut ,milk and milk products etc 2 Do not take stress, If you are suffering from any kind of stress do yoga and meditation 3 Quite smoking or any kind of tobacco . 4 Eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently above are some common instruction but for definite result you need individual diet and exercise schedule.
