What is your job? do you sit always? may be pain is from coccyx the lowest part of vertebra and results from prolonged pressure and is called coccydynia.

Yes you should start B12 but only taking it is not enough... As once you stop it the levels will again go down... As you are not removing the cause of low levels... This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Any way you may try, Take: 1. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos. X5days. 2. Caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx5 days. 3. Fomentation with warm water. 4. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. 5. Do knee & ankle exercises.(take help of a physiotherapist). Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. Add ½ tsp of cinnamon powder and 1 tsp of honey with 1 cup of warm milk. Drink before going to bed. Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. Take 1 teaspoon each of brahmi and ashwagandha powder in 2 cups of water, boil and reduce it to one cup and drink it daily in the morning.

Chronic anxiety itself is very unpleasant to experience. It can result in many physical problems though not directly but indirectly. So it is better to get treated atleadt initially with drugs and later with relaxation exercises to maintain the improvement.
