Hi the procedure is known as scaling that includes cleaning of your teeth with the instrument using water pressure and vibrations. In this procedure there is no such loosening of teeth occurs. That is a myth pocket problem arises because of improper brushing and bone loss that surrounds the teeth. When heavy amount or plaque or calculus is collected around the teeth that goes unnoticed by the patient. In such cases when scaling is done calculus is removed slight to considerable mobility of teeth can be noticed because the teeth were taking the support of deposits. This is a big myth that scaling loosens teeth.

How to take fast relief from pain In teeth.
Hi, You need to get oral examination by dentist as soon as possible. Pain will not subside on its own. Taking pain killer may subside pain for few minutes but the pain will come back as soon as the effect of medicine wears off. Visit, dental clinic and get yourself checked as soon as possible.

Please mention your age for a definitive answer. However , considering you are below the age of 30 years , it is unlikely to cancer as mouth cancer is not hereditary but due to poor lifestyle habits which clearly you don't have. Still I recommend that you show the lesion to a doctor at least once

Not every ulcer is related to cancer. But an ulcer that is recurrent for chronic duration such as 3 years is mandatory to be checked out. Your doctor will give you local analgesic cream and antibiotics. You should be able to heal your ulcer however if not your doctor will take a swab of your ulcer to see under the microscope.
