I am 28 years old I have delivered a baby on 16 february mine was force vaccumm delivery I wanna know what type of food can I eat and can I wear tummy tucker belt because I have stitches inside also.

Wearing tummy tucker belt is of no use as it can not burn fat. To reduce ur tummy u have to exclusively breast feed ur baby and u can start exercises like jogging or brisk walk to burn fat. Ur diet should include more fruits and protein i.e. chicken, fish or pulses, mushroom. Also dry fruits with milk to keep healthy balance for u and ur baby.

Hello, You have rightly taken the ipill on time. You should be protected. Wait for 5-7 days post ipill intake to allow withdrawal bleeding to start which shall indicate that you are pregnancy safe.

Apart from taking symptomatic treatment I will suggest you to take injection vitcofol 2 cc intramuscularly every alternate days for five pricks over the buttocks through a health professional.

Yes very high chance of getting pregnant as it coincides with the ovulation date. If you plan to prevent pregnancy you can use ipill within 5 days, within 1 day to be most effective.

Hi, my girlfriend has very serious problem of discharging and heavy regular flow of white pani. I have consulted with many doctors and also used many medicines but we didn't getting any result. Now a days she feeling mo much pain in her vagina and also heavy flow and itching too. By advice of a consult nowadays I'm giving her Dhaniya Water (home remedies) but from starting of the day taking it she feels the flow got very thick and dark also. She facing the same problem from so long and she has very weak by her physical health. Many doctors advised us that this problem caused by her weakness but many suggest us that she got weak by this problem. She is a working women and with this problem she can not be survive. U suffered with vaginal candidiasis. But during pregnancy no anti fungal is safe so better to use candid v3 vaginal pessary for 3 nights.

  • Eat right: What you eat everyday by way of habit, makes more impact than you think. Yes, it may be due to hormonal imbalance. But don't take hormonal treatment, it will disturb your natural hormonal balance. Rather than this You should go for ayurvedic treatment. Ayurvedic medicines with oils like Gambhari tail (for massage) gives nice results in such problems. So consult a reputed ayurvedic sexologist/physician in your city.

You can wait your periods and do urine pregnancy test on first morning sample of urine after one week of your periods due date if periods don't come.

Hi my wife is 32 Week pregnant and feeling sometime little water discharge after using washroom she feel it 2 Times in a week. We are afraid is this serious or its normal please suggest. little watery discharge is normal during pregnancy..but we have to be reasonable sure that she is not having leaking of water bag.. for that she has to b examined locally and ultrasound monitoring for measurement of water around the baby is done (AFI monitoring).. that ll help u..
