Hi, Follow the below Homoeopathic medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M. After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M, drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL, 2-2 tabs, two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily, two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Hi, try having warm lemon water with honey every morning. Below tips could help you start your weight-loss journey. 1. Never eat a snack out of a carton or a cover. Always use a cup or a plate to so you know how much you are eating. 2. Have at least one bright colored fruit and one bright colored vegetable a day 3. Take a small snack box to office with almonds, walnuts and other dry fruits to satisfy your cravings 4. Try to have your dinner by 8 so that you are not too hungry and also make healthy choices at dinner. 5. People who eat breakfast have a better success rate at losing weight. 6. Beware of zero trans fat and fat free foods as you might end up eating high sugar and carb containing foods. 7. People who are emotional eaters learn to identify the emotion that makes you eat unhealthy food and try diverting your mind to something else you love 8. If your plates are too big trade them off for a 9 inch plates 9. Replace your weighing scale with a tape measure. 10. Share your weight-loss journey with a family member or friend so that you are accountable to each other. 11. Green tea at least once a day will help you boost your metabolism 12. Sleep helps in repair and regulating your hormones. Sleep atleast 8 hours in a day. 13. Have fruits at least twice a day.

Hello, 1. Your mother can apply Volini gel 1% local application twice a day for 3-5 days 2. Hot fomentation twice a day for 3 days I am giving to some common reasons for leg pain 1. After 30's loosing weight is not as easy as it used to be in 20's. Start your day with a good work out like 30 minutes of brisk walking or 15 minutes of jogging. Eat home made food with less oil. Avoid consuming sugar. Avoid eating out. Do not have more than two cups of tea or coffee. Include salads and fruits in your diet to kill cravings. Have early dinner. For tummy, do kapalbhati and cruches, your total exercise in a day should be for 45 to 60 minutes atleast.

Hello everybody! My name is Dr. Shreyans Mutha from All India Institue of Medical Sciences. Today, we are going to discuss few things about hair transplant.

There are lots of people who are becoming bald, and have lot of problems regarding hair transplant. In brief, in a short video, we are going to discuss few important things about hair transplant. The most important thing about hair transplant, what makes it successful is the concept of Donor Dominance. We get hair from here, they are testosterone resistant so they don’t fall away, you might have seen your grandfather or uncles that they have hair here, so these hair follicles are taken and these are implanted here. So the main hormone testosterone don’t act on these hair follicles and doesn’t cause thinning so it will have a prolonged amount of years with these transplanted hairs. There are a lot of myths which are related to hair transplant. People start thinking that it might lead to brain damage, it might lead to prolonged pain, it might lead to area of prolonged headache, and these all things are not true. These are all myths.

The things which are true about hair transplant is that you can have a transient amount of swelling, you can have transient pain, which stays for a period of 7-10 days. some people might have parasthesias which means an altered sensation. Altered sensation means that like a mild pain, this might persist and this is due to healing of nerves. So this also subscribes within a period of 4-6 weeks. After this there are no problems associated. Many parents come to us, they are concerned about their kids, people themselves the concern, what are the long term effects of hair transplant but many patients they don’t have any long term effects as such. If it is done properly and done by a certified doctor who is well-experienced in hair transplant. Another important thing that many patients are concerned is what is the right age for hair transplant? So, there is no proper age to undergo, you can even go for a hair transplant at the age of 18, age of 20 and even at the age of 50.

Thanks for your query. Eat light dinner. Make sure you have a nap in the afternoon. If you wake up early you tend to sleep early. If you work hard during the day you tend to sleep early. For more details contact me in private section.

Your wife is pregnant and complains of pain per abdomen. Any pain per abdomen during pregnancy should be considered seriously. I advise you to consult a good gynaecologist near to your place for better guidance and avoid sex for first six months of pregnancy.

Hello, Start taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. For Black lips: As you also know no one can change the lip colour we are born with, only by home-remedies we can only change the tone or lighten the shade. So, follow the below points: - Mix 1 tbsp of rose petal paste and 1 tsp of butter, milk cream or honey and srub it very gently. Do this 2 times a week. - Take a thin slice of lemon, sprinkle a bit of sugar and rub it on your lips very gently. Do this daily for few days. - Soak a few rose petals in raw milk for one hour, and then grind the mixture to make a paste. Add one-half teaspoon of honey and a pinch of saffron to it. Apply the paste on your lips and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Do this two times a day. Management: Keep yourself hydrated, have 12-15 glasses of water. Always use good quality of either lipstick or lip balm with Vit. A, E and sunscreen 20-30 minutes before going out in sun. Eat healthy, nutritious food. Avoid anger/ anxiety. Avoid junk food. Take 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of toughing, licking/ picking the lips. Don't smoke, eat gutka, etc.

First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Surgery should be done. This is done to avoid degenerative effects on your knee , usually patients with ACL rupture have osteoarthritis - after 10 yrs of acl rupture. osteoartritis of the knee at an early age also will require a major surgery , so to avoid that - you should regain strength of your knee by doing an ACl ligament reconstruction and protect your knee from osteoarthritis. Hi Harsh There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5kg in just 15days. This plan can be done by you easily. For Breakfast you take 150g curd, 30g Lipolyzer powder, 10g milk cream, 25g roasted flax seed, 100g any fruit, mix them all together in a bowl.
