some time it genetically, but pathology of hair loss is when heat increase in your blood ...due to to this heat hair root get dry and it fall....so avoid spicy food ,stress less night sleep so take following oil 1.vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner for application 1.neeli bhrungadi tail apply it on hair alternate days

As we all here since our childhood about the statement that, “Health is wealth”. It has very literal meaning that good health is more than important to the money. There are nothing have been blessed to us to be stable all through the life except a good health. People who do not have good health are very poor even if they have lots of money. They cannot buy a good health however can maintain a good health using their money. People should follow healthy life style in order to get good health. People who are not involved in the healthy life style may suffer a range of health disorders like overweight, high blood pressure, obese, heart 
diseases, obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, kidney problems, liver disorders and so many.

Money matters however, not as important as health. Spending lots of money on five star hotels or other entertainment sources for a day but living a bad daily routine is not good. Being physically and mentally healthy helps a person to be socially and financially healthy too. Here are some tips which can help a person to be healthy and happy:

  •  People should avoid unhealthy foods having high calories.
  •  Everyone should eat their breakfast at right time.
  •  Maintaining balanced diet is very necessary task in order to get healthy.
  •  Daily physical exercises, yoga and meditation are also important part of healthy life.
  •  Any bad habit such as smoking, drinking alcohol, bad life style, etc should be avoided.
  •  People should follow less salt and sugar as well as more water intake strategy to be healthy.

Hello Dear Doctors, I am a 31 year old, 6.2 tall working professional, my day routine is more of sitting in office. We use sleepwell soft foam mattress but I feel they are not supporting my spine and often feel lower back ache, 10-20 minutes every morning. Which wld b a good supporting mattress. Not very expensive for general back support. We are a family of 3, has a 3 years old child as well and use common bed for sleeping. Please help.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

I've got some discomfort, in my chest instead of anxiety & fears, sometimes I feel that i'm going to die and early or just now etc. But here's the thing on of my greatest concerns about, myself is that it's sort of feels like, my heart is stopping for a while or skipping the beats, & often time when I take deep breaths & by the way, it's terrifying and scary! can anyone help me out with this!

Dear patient, as per your description it may be just anxiety or it may be gastric or heart disturbance also. But we need to rule out heart prob and gastric concerns first. For which you can attend your near by md physician. If both the above problems donot get diagnosed then it is anxiety or panic disorder only (though it is seeming like this only). Get back to me with your final report. I will help you out homeopathically, as whatever the diagnosis homeopathy has an answer and complete cure for it.

Minoxidil 2% works. 1ml twice daily, gently massaged onto scalp. Need to be patient. Results usually obtained after 3-4 months of continuous application. See a dermatologist to rule out any other medical problems.

you are 16 years old and you have maximum two years more to increase your height. I would like to point out that though height can be increased by conscious efforts its more of genetical factors which decides your stature. The best way of increasing height is to do exercises that stretch your body "reach-out" exercises like chinups, cycling, swimming etc. Most important is to have nutrition which is rich in portein contents. Please do not fall in trap of medicines, devices etc that claim of increasing your height. Stay happy. Stay healthy. Thanks.
