Hii. Pain is due to stone only. Stone is passable through ureter as size is less than 7 mm. Surgery can be avoided n trial of medicines for passage of stone can be given. Don't bother about cortical n utricle cyst. You can consult on pvt chat anytime for medications. Thanks.

Clotting happens when blood gets collected and falls in form solid consistency, as long as your other test results are fine there is nothing to worry, it may also happen if you took OCP or other harmonal pills.

What will happen if we don't take treatment for uti for almost 18 months. Meanwhile taking plenty of water. If there is nothing serious about delaying treatment, what can we do to cure uti without antibiotics.

Hii. If uti persists then it can lead to permanent damage to your kidneys or you may land up in any other complications. Please get urine routine and urine culture done. If reports are suggestive of uti thn you will need antibiotics.

First of all you should very much increase intake of water, as kidney stones can be expelled thru urine only. Calcium stones are the most common. They’re often made of calcium oxalate. Eating fewer oxalate-rich foods can reduce your risk of developing this type of stone. High-oxalate foods include: potato chips peanuts chocolate beets spinach For uric acid stone-- avoid animal proteins, such as fish, shellfish, and meats. Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results in renal calculi and gives relief in long term please ask for consultation with detailed information so that I can help you better.

She has an external haemorrhoid protruding from her anus. Painful defecation. Pain persists for more than 6 hrs after that. Ointment and betadine hot water therapy not giving much relief. Free t3, t4, tsh tests ok. Stool test ok. Very small quantity of blood observed in stool. What are the options for treatment? If surgery is required, how long will it take to heal, how painful will it be and how much would it cost?

Dear lybrate-userfirst of all we need to make sure if it is an external haemorrhoid or a fissure with an anal tag causing the pain and bleeding. The treatment for these two are different. The recovery usually takes a couple of days after surgery. Let a surgical gastroenterologist see the patient and confirm the diagnosis.
