Hello, for healthy diet we need to cut down fat and pure carbohydrates from your diet. No fried and preserved food, no chips, farsan, pickles, ghee, red meat (mutton), egg yellow in your diet. Limit dairy products cut down upon oils used to cook food or shift to better oils like olive more of fresh fruits, vegetables, some nuts like walnut / almond, if you take fish, fatty fish like salmon 2-3 serving per week in your diet. Smaller meals as compared to 2 meals we usually take. Aerobic exercise 30-45 mins a day per week. Other supplement like, cod fish oil capsule, krill oil, garlic, flax seeds are good supplements rich in anti oxidants and improve your lipids profile.

Suffering From Diabetes - What Fruits Should You Eat?

Can diabetics eat fruits? This was one of the most frequently asked questions. Today the question is what foods are good for diabetics as research has put our worries about fruits raising blood sugar permanently to rest. So, what are the best fruits to eat if you are a diabetic? 

As a diabetic you should eat fruits that are relatively low carb, have a relatively low Glycemic number and are relatively high in fibre. Let’s explore this in detail now.

  1. Low glycemic index fruits are best: This means apples, citrus fruits and berries are best for you. These fruits lower the rate of production of insulin in your body which means they have a low glycemic index. They are also low- carb foods, which means they are not converted into the dreaded sugars on metabolization and cause a sugar spike.
  2. Berries: They are the best fruits for diabetics. They are low in carbohydrates and have a low glycemic index of 20 – 45 GI. They are also exceptionally high in fibre which prevents the high sugar surge. In berries also raspberries and blackberries have fewer carbs and a lower glycemic index than blueberries.
  3. Stone fruits: Stone fruits are fruits that have a single large seed or “stone” in the middle with a sweet fleshy outer layer. Some of the common ones include cherries, peaches, plums, and apricots.
  4. Almonds: Almond, a dry fruit is also a superstar in the diabetic diet.

Which fruits should be avoided?

  1. Bananas are high in carbs and have an average glycemic index of 55 which can be much higher with super sweet bananas. So, eat only twice a week and stick to smaller-sized bananas.
  2. Cantaloupe, watermelon, and pineapple are examples of fruits that are very high in carbohydrates so you must eat them only occasionally.
  3. Fruit juices are high in sugar with a high glycemic index and they have no fibre. So, even a small quantity of juice can play haywire with your blood sugar levels. Plus, when you drink a fruit juice, you miss out on the many nutrients you’d imbibe in the actual whole fruit.
  4. Dry fruits are concentrates of sugar and should, therefore, be avoided by diabetics.

What is even better is that fruit is a natural blood thinner. So, eating more fruit may prevent cardiovascular problems in both diabetics and non-diabetics. Remember to eat fruit earlier in the day as this will prevent a sugar spike as a diabetic. Also, mind your portion size. It is also best to have fruit as a meal with your meat and veggies, rather than as a standalone portion. This prevents sugar spikes. Most recent studies are also confirming that a diet high in fruit can work best for reversing type 2 diabetes, while also taking care of high blood pressure and a fatty liver. In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

My advice for your wife is t. Pantocid 40 once daily before breakfast. You can report me the response after 10 days. I am taking it for granted that you must have already tested for conditions that may mimic acidity at this age, if not consult local doctor or myself. Coming to your status, 80-120 is too big a range to recomnend anything. Do dietary restriction with limited fat and sweets and regular exercise. After 3 month, test fasting, 2 hour post meal blood glucose and hba1c. If it comes in diabetic range, you'll require therapy. At this moment you don't need any medicine. Regards.

As per your symptom you may have spndndolytis. It will b confirmed by xray spine. 1st if you work conntinuous 3-4 hrs on laptop than avoid it take a break after an hour do neck exercise regularly. Take role of thin sheet under d neck instead of pillow. N your posture should b rt.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss.
