1.Take paracetamol 500mg, one tablet sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2.cold sponging Sos 3.Drink plenty of water 4.Take rest 4.If no relief do blood examination like ESR, CBC, Widal/ Typhidot test, Blood for mp/malaria antigen and Dengue antigen(NS1) test, urine Re/Me after consulting doctor 5. consult me for further advice

No need of a tab if it is not a pathological sleaplessness. So try this only three things apply pure coconut oil. Eat curds with rice and pinch of salt. And have a tub or normal bath before you sleep. If you aren't sleeping then I will suggest you medicines.

Dear if you are facing this problem, try one simple remedy, instead of eating full stomach three times a day, eat small meal five six times a day, that is eat same quantity but divide it in to small portions. It will help you. Best wishes.

Sometimes dense clot of uterus linings may come in bleeding. It is not a disease do not worry about it.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

hi, firstly maintain u thyroid level, hysterectomy is done so many female hormone like progesterone and other stop to release in u body. so my advise is proper micro and macro nutrients in proper amount is req. with weight reduction diet.

Sleep deprivation will cause a lot of problems with concentration and memory. So get enough sleep and many of yoru problems will disappear. In the meantime please the following to improve memory. Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid junk food.

* take calcium rich diet daily. Take a glass (300 ml) of full cream milk daily or 100 gm of cheese or 1-2 eggs regularly. * give a gentle oil massage to knees regularly and wrap your knees with cloth dipped in hot water for atleast 10-15 minutes. * wear knee cap or wrap crape bandage during walk for knee support. * sit atleast for 5-8 minutes in sunlight in morning or evening for vitamind. *avoid heal shoe and wear only flat shoes for balanced load on knees. * check out your blood sugar level and hemoglobin level in every 6 months. * if you have any history of rheumatoid arthritis in family then checkout your ra factor. * take guggalu tablets if himalaya one tablet daily for atleast 3 months. * take a piece of garlic, crush it and boil it a glass of milk and drink daily for fast pain relief.

Nuts, such as almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds and flax seeds, are full of calories and make the perfect snack between meals. Munch on them to enjoy their taste, nutrients and of course weight gain. Nuts contain healthy fats and are a healthy way to increase your weight. However, do not stuff yourself with them, as you will not feel hungry for your next meal.

Do - 1) Avoid excess Salt & Spicy food 2) If you have constipation than cure it 3) Take boiled water added sunthi powder in it to drink 4) Increase Milk & Milk Product in Diet 5) For Locally application I advice Shalmali Kantak + Yastimadhu Powder+Lodhra powder + Keshar + Swetachandan(Sukkhad) + Raktachandan powder+mungdaal - prepare paste of it and apply on face thick layer before complete dryness remove it and wash face with warm water Lepam Can't be applied before Sunrise and after sunset.

Hi. Yes. T.B. Medicines cause of hair fall also. There are many reasons for hair fall / whiting and graying i. E. Heredity, hormones imbalance and fungal infections (scalp infections), few medicine's side effects i. E. Cancer medicines, arthritis, heart, high, b. Hello. 1. Make sure your intestines are clear and well detoxified because they might be the root cause of your thin body condition. For the detoxification of your stomach and intestines drink at least 1 liter lukewarm water right after you wake up in the morning sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) and rinse your mouth with luke warm water and then gulp it in (sip the water instead of drinking it in speed). 2. Eat a heavy breakfast everyday and consume at least 5 spoons of cow ghee in the entire day along with your food, milk etc (each day and not just one time) the best remedy is sitting in" prithivi mudra" (see image) for about 20 minutes every day doing this method for 6 months regularly will provide you with natural weight increase (touching the upper part of the ring finger and the thumb, while keeping rest of the three fingers straight) thanks.

Hye, Thanks for the query. You cannot develop or tone your abdominal muscles in a time limit. Also first you must work on increasing your weight before you start working on just trying to make abs. Firstly understand that muscle gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Muscle gain is all about taking more nutrients than you use up. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps muscle gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 meals a day. Eat a protein rich mid meal between each main meal. Pre/ post workout meals need a certain amount of carbs and proteins depending on your exercise routine. Avoid junk, sugary, oily foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, healthy oils in your diet. Restrict eating sugary, sweet foods. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least 6 days a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite.  Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT can give you some relief . -A physical therapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and how to do them. I'm 30 years old. I have 2kids 5 years old and 1 year old. Both are c section born. After that I have done tubal ligation. Every 32nd day I get my periods. After 2nd baby it got irregular. Last month I got periods in feb 14th. Till now I didn't get periods. I feel very tired and also have mood swings. All of a sudden I feel like vomiting. Should I rush to doctor? I feel pain in the lower left side of the stomach. What could be the reason. Please help. Also planning to do a master health check up. Which one should I go for?

Yes you should get your urine pregnancy test done to confirm for pregnancy, as it could be a failed tubal ligation, or another thing which could have possibly happened is, harmonal imbalance due to which your periods are delayed, we may also suggest you get your Ultrasound done to rule out for any PCOs or any other pathology.
