Exercise helps you only 20-30 % in loosing weight, mainly you need to control your diet. Diet should consist more of fruits, nuts, whole grain (whole wheat, brown rice, oatmeal etc) basically fibre rich food should be included. Also have a light dinner and heavy (as in balanced) breakfast. Eat small frequent meals rather than 3 main meals. Also drink plenty of water, though every diet is individualised to suit the persons body type, these are only few tips to start with.

Drink 3-4 litres of water daily, it will help in long run. If required take tab meftal spas after eating something and 1 tab pan 40 empty stomach daily for 15 days. You are welocme for further queries. If needed get ultrasound of whole abdomen done and come back with report. Thank you

This is basically classified as early degenerative changes in the knee joint when the cartilage in between your joint space starts getting worn away due to age related changes and regular friction of the joint, I would recommend you to avoid too much folding of your knees (like sqatting, sitting cross legged & doing vajrasana) it causes your bones to rub against each other and worsen the condition. You need to start with regular heating of your knee joint with warm water and 1 tsp of epsom salt mixed in it, it is highly beneficial, stat doing stretching of tensor fascia lata muscle & it band stretching, start with quadriceps strengthening exercises twice a day and wait for a month to start noticing changes.

Please note that you need to change you bed-mattress and or you are sleeping under direct fan/ac. Hence better avoid them. Take Rhus tox 200 - twice daily for next 3 days.

Dear sayed, you cannot do any treatment outside as he is in deep coma. He should be under intensive care by good cardiologist.Chances of recovery depends on the cause of coma.

Ur friend is right.she cannot stop it.there is no problem with that for her.She definitely is allergic.allergy is not a one time affair,it's a lifelong affair.she vil need medications regularly.this is because her body doesn't have the ability to counter a reaction on its own but medicines help normalise this level.so let her keep at it and don't give up on medicines.

Firstly, you need to consult a gynac and et your polycystic ovaries sorted. There's definitely a treatment for that. Next, you must start workouts and healthy nutrition/diet so that you can be in a better shape. Third, you need to self-educate yourself that criticisms are not etched on your forehead. They're merely an opinion of others-you don't have to necessarily buy it! You can hear them but not "listen" to them. You are your best judge; nobody else so it shouldn't matter what others say. Stop being in this helpless situation which you have created for yourself- work on your weak spots and become a strong girl! If you eat healthy, lose weight, groom well and carry yourself confidently; what makes you say you won't find a suitable man?

Mix powdered Indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. Use mild herbal shampoo.. Take amla tablets 2 tab twice daily with water for 1 month.

There is no medical treatment to cure hernia, palliative is that always avoid constipation and lifting weights. Take VRIDHHI VATIKA VATI 2-2-2 three times a day with water, ABHYA RIST 20 ml+ KUMARY ASAV 20 ml, with equal quantity of water, twice a day after meals.

Hello doctor. Good morning. I'm a 22 year old female. I was working in an MNC. But I quit my job because of my mood swing. Sometimes I achieve unexpected target and sometimes I would literally complete nothing. Even when I achieve big numbers I don't feel happy and at times I don't bother about not achieving my target. Sometimes I don't care about what others say no matter how bad or hurting it is whereas sometimes I burst out badly even for silly issues. At times I become unusually silent and sad for no reason at all. At times I'm very calm and composed and act very mature. Also I have the tendency of hurting myself. Sometimes I get too angry and tensed for lame issues. At such situations I rush to restroom and poke myself with a pen or scratch myself hard with my nails or slam my head over the wall or knock myself. By doing so I feel relaxed but still it doesn't hurt me. I'm scared of my behavior. Colleagues, family members and friends started noticing my behavior and they are all worried and scared about me. I always feel like a voice constantly telling me suicide is the only solution for everything. Is this any serious issue ? Please help me recover from this.

Yes, it is and you need immediate help from a professional. I recommend that you meet a counselor and that person will surely advise you to meet a doctor too. Now you must cooperate with both therapies for maximum results. These extreme moods swings are indicative of a serious condition.There are certain adaptations that will suit you during the elation phase and there are certain behaviors that are required during the depressed phases. In the meantime, you can do certain things that will give you benefits anyway. Emotional therapy will alleviate a lot of the problems faced in this condition because it is a mood disorder. You need to particularly look at your levels of anger both for its reasonableness and to express it in an appropriate manner. I suspect that much of this anger may have origins in early childhood that you may never be aware of now. Talk to your parents and explore that angle. This information will help the counselor too. Also, you will need to check whether there is any genetic factor involved. You must exercise regularly, eat healthily and sleep normally too. If your motivation and cooperation is good much can be achieved. You must have a time-structured schedule filled with interesting and reasonable activities and it must be monitored for compliance and delivery. The reason I say this is that many times you will be inclined to have grandiose notions and confidently believe that you can do without the medication. This will set you back many months in the treatment and delay and sabotage the recovery: forewarned you are forearmed. If this combination of medication with therapy is maintained for at least three years without any episodes or breakdowns, it is possible to taper the medication in consonance with the doctor. When your anger is turned inwards you will want to hurt yourself. You are harmful to yourself​ and need help soon.
